    I'm in the 6-7k range right now at 310lbs. It's like a second job tbh.

      @Derek Keiser I've cut on far less. Try 1400 and keto. 7k while working a 9-5 is not easy. I bring 4 meals with me to work.

      @Derek Keiser lmao dude cutting is way easier than a bulk. Ill take me litterally having to do nothing over trying to finish a meal and having to resist the urge to puke every bite.

    I use to order 4 bags of pure dextrose per week from a natural food store. One day the crusty hipster that worked there asked me what I do with all the dextrose each week. When I told him it goes into my post training shakes he looked at me like I had 3 heads. TBH it tasted like you were drinking liquified sugar. The taste was so sweet it was sickening. I was so happy when Waxymaise came out lol.

      And if potatoes are just too hard to put down, they have instant potatoes so you can just pretty much put in your mouth and swallow, save some time from chewing

      Mashed potatoes real easy to get down, and any ground meats..basically just swallow with water if your not a big eater

    I got to 350 on 3300 cals 😂 I wish my metabolism was better

    • @ghfjfghjasdfasdf
      @ghfjfghjasdfasdf 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Or be like me and have trouble growing on 5-6/day at 2-220. My metabolism eats everything I put in front of it.

    • @jb327501
      @jb327501 ปีที่แล้ว

      Same here man. My metabolism is ass. I can eat 2800-3400 and put on 1 to 1.5 lb/week. Eating 2500 will keep me steady at 330 right now.
      I'm trying to lose weight because being this big is causing me health issues. Apnea, a surgery I need my doc won't let me have unless I drop to sub 300. I'm having to eat between 1800 and 2100 on rest days and 2300-2600 on gym days.
      If I ate 9000 calories a day I'd be 600 pounds in a year.

    • @PlutoTheGod
      @PlutoTheGod ปีที่แล้ว

      @@jb327501 I only did it for powerlifting, I was living for it at the time and thought I could somehow get around steroids and put up a 2000lb+ total natty by gaining weight which wasn’t hard because before that I was usually just eating one meal a day. If you’re struggling hard and not concerned about performance I’d suggest fasting. It’s a relatively pleasant challenge and is a pure exercise of willpower instead of tracking. Not only will you drop weight relatively quickly but so long as you’re hydrated you will drop a lot of gut bloat and that overall heavy body feeling. Also on the days you are fasting you can pretty much meal prep down to the exact cal and ounce everything you will eat on your refeed days so you don’t fuck up and eat 5000 cals out of hunger and the dopamine you get from eating again.

  • @ghfjfghjasdfasdf
    @ghfjfghjasdfasdf 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    I’ve done 6k/day a few times and a few weeks of 5-6k/day and man that was a lot of work eating all that food. Every 1-2 hours, eating something.
    Still couldn’t grow much either, my metabolism sucks.

    • @suhdude9775
      @suhdude9775 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I can only imagine. The most calorie-counted day in clean food I've done is like 4700kcal and that was HARD

    • @ghfjfghjasdfasdf
      @ghfjfghjasdfasdf 4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      I can handle eating the food just fine, when I’m doing all kinds of exercise and being serious about it. The appetite takes care of most of it.
      The problem is: the constant prep and clean up of the non-stop meals all day gets old real fast because there’s only so much time in the day.
      One huge positive is that I would sleep like a baby because the body had a lot of food to go through in the process.

    I never understand these stories. I walk around easy 315-320 for the past year almost and I never needed a sleep c-pap thing, I’m not quote unquote “miserable” and I could easily gain more if I wanted. I wanna hear the stories about leaning out and staying strong af.

      Jerry Cool you don’t get it. That’s the point. Gym people want to increase, not decrease. If you want to lose weight, walk around the block. EliteFTS doesn’t make money from weight loss.

    • @ConnorLipke
      @ConnorLipke 4 ปีที่แล้ว +8

      It's almost solely related to neck size. I have an 18 inch neck. Anything over 16 is risk for sleep apnea. If you have an average size neck and are 315, you probably won't have problems.

    • @Xplora213
      @Xplora213 4 ปีที่แล้ว

    • @madtrade
      @madtrade 4 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      many simply do not know if they have sleep apnea. it's not also a 100% sure fire case. BUT if you have a shitty sleep and frequent headache and don't feel rested AF the morning then it's something to explore.
