Cardio wont kill your gains, thats a ridiculous myth. You’d have to do a ton of cardio before your workouts, which would leave less energy for your actual workout sets, thus making you underperform. Hence the lost gains. Not like cardio will magically eat your muscles away. Just save it for after your workout
@@AlphaQHard honestly you're probably even better off doing cardio on a different day/time than your resistance training. Cardio should be fairly tough, and if you're smoked from a lower-body day and you sit on the treadmill for 30 mins, you're probably leaving gains on the table.
I feel you, but just add in an extra protein shake with peanut butter and banana on cardio days and you’ll be fine. Cut out alcohol if you can. That amount of calories is just my regular food intake and I'm short and just average size. I know most bb do gear cycles does that affect their eating? Or they just don't feel hungry at all?.
A Tampa boy!! 😍❤️🙏👍💪🏋️ And this full day is DEFINITELY an ‘exercise’ in clean eating! It’s also very interesting to see him do two rounds of cardio in a day, so is this a normality when you get close to a competition?
Why do bodybuilders choose to only eat one vegetable throughout the day? Derek eats only green beans, but he does this almost every meal. Similar to this, I saw the George Peterson video and he only ate spinach for every meal. I was wondering why this was ,if anyone knows.
