It's weird that "eat what digests well and helps your deficiencies" is a radical or new idea How has this philosophy not been in dieting the whole time
Where was this discussion 15 years ago?!?!?! Can you expand on the steps for how to turn the ship around when it's moving into correcting decade*S* of damage from the chronic deprivation/starvation dieting (especially the head game created by the "Eat less, exercise more!" crowd!)
I’ve been following vertical for a long time. It’s the best way to eat. I’ve tried Keto, Paleo, OMAD this is the only one that you can be compliant and have the best results
I agree with the variety of protein, I take protein powder and some tuna before sleep on the heavy days (squat and bench day). found adding tuna helped a lot with soreness the next day. Its crap when shoulders are sore 4 days, reducing recovery to 2 days has been good for bench.
@@Vamavid already doing both my dude. That’s not a solution to the problem that I need inhuman amounts of protein, don’t like chicken or vegetable options and feel bloat lord is underrated for the feeling I get on that much milk protein.
I live on shakes,chicken-bacon and pasta and have been for the last year. I have zero problems ,i never felt better tbh. I dont even think this is a discussion because we are all so different. Some people can handle it and some cant. So before i take any health/training tips from anyone i want 100% proof. I wanna see that the whole world reacts the same otherwise i can just keep doing what im doing. Listen to your body not people, especially in this day and age where everyone is an expert. Also im 40 and i have asthma, chrones, been through surgerys etc etc so im like inflamed everywhere i should be dead by this diet but im not. Mayby its only when you prep and dont eat enough of the restrictive diet ? is that what they are talkning about ? Cause if you eat rice, chicken and broccoli in large portions you should be fine :O I mean people live on one steak per day and nothing else and they dont suffer from all this shit. Oh dear im all over the place ,enjoy my rant
When Stan Efferding talks, I listen. The man’s a genius.

Sanity in a beauty pageant pretending to be a sport filled with people with body dysmorphia?
Fat chance.
This is a good discussion keep up the good work y’all 💪🏾💯
This was awesome. Great back and forth discussion.
Thanks very much! Fats are such an important and understated macro.

If you are sore for 4 days, you are training too many sets and too frequently. I used to do same. Read Mike Mentzers book. Changed my life. Good luck
And how tuna helped you
Skinless chicken: stripping critical glycine off the product; glycine counterbalances methionine, a potentially life span-reducing agent.
What was the name of the blood test company Stan mentioned in the previous videos?
Marekhealth
I’d love to know what Stan recommends for someone with haemochromatosis 😂 that amount of steak was causing liver damage for me 🥩

Bodybuilding is not healthy. Impressive, but not healthy.
As a 52 year old who has been vegan since 2007, I dissent.
Though I may disagree, I respect septuagenarians.
Your body might be fine, but it’s not a starting point that can be given to everyone and have them thrive.
