Would have been helpful to have a little commentary on direction to turn to speed or slow. Do you do it while belt is moving to see the change? How much did you turn it? How to even know what is the potentiometer? Usually straight or phillips head?

My speed won’t even Calibrate when I increase the speed to max. The number won’t even go up with the speed. It also tells me that I’m getting 0 VM? What does that mean?

Sounds like the Reed switch is either misaligned or faulty
