I was curious what the symptoms could be on a motor that has not quite failed but maybe is on its way out. For example on my 2450 recently if you set the speed to 4.0mph it seems the motor speed might fluctuate slightly slower for some time and then speed back up. Not always but sometimes or in one case to get a 4.0mph pace I needed to have it at 4.8mph. But maybe the incorrect voltage is going to the motor to cause this and maybe the speed sensor is the case.

I can’t find the pin hole I have a nordictrack 2450 commercial treadmill and the screen is just blank and the fan turns on

My dad has been trying to solve an issue with his 2450 going full speed (possibly faster than programmed top speed) as soon as he turns it on. Any advice or direction you might have to help diagnose the cause, and what likely needs to be replaced?

Just did this for a ProForm Cycle Trainer 300 CI. Bearings: 6901-2RS Bearing 12x24x6mm, 6001-2RS - 12x28x8mm. Note: don't need to do the steps from 0:05 to 0:12 - the axle stays affixed to that part. Instead, just remove the snap ring on the opposite side (which the video doesn't show), using a snap ring removal tool. Edit: note the smaller bearing slips in too smoothly into place, so it can wobble. I think this is the root cause of why the bearing is going bad on the 300 CI.

Will this work on mine if the start and stop buttons also aren’t working?

My s22i was making a scraping sound, the pedals were a bit loose. After removing the left pedal and shifting the whole drive assembly left, then putting the left pedal back on and tightening it down with some T-Handle allen wrenches it was very smooth and silent

@6:19 what did you do before before this? Because you already moved the belt, but somehow the belt is back to its first position. Can you also elaborate more on the adjusting thread part for the left bolt you are turning? Why are we turning pass 15 rotations now?

Hello, thanks for the video, I replaced it as you did, but when I put the PCV valve back, it didn't go all the way to the bottom, there was a little bit of output left, it's normal.

@GitFit My left roller wheel keeps falling off the track and about throwing me off the machine. I checked all fasteners and they're tight, all the bearings look good, this unit has been used very little. Any ideas? The right wheel moves perfect.

What size ae the sockets? English or metric?

I did everything you did and it didn’t work. Do you have to screw the console back into place to test the buttons? That’s the only part I skipped just in case I had to go back in. Also what if I pushed a ribbon back in in the opposite direction?
