Abandoned indoor water park, coco keys resort!

Abandoned indoor water park lost in time! Due to unsafe and unsanitary conditions coco key water resort was condemned by the city of Rockford in 2015. Some of these issues included chlorine levels both too high and too low, ph levels being off, bolts protruding from mats as well as leaking pipes. The hotel connected to the water park has been demolished and now in the next few months will join the list of the demolished soon to be a lost memory for many. #abandoned #waterpark #vacant

The hotel is re bought recently and that indoor water Park has to get fixed up before re opening it.

There was a similar hotel&waterpark in Indianapolis at 86th&michigan st. Real cool place but couldn't stay busy enough to pay the bills on that water park. Initially had the park torn down, but nobody bought the closed hotel and it was torn down as well.
