I've always loved but have stayed away from Granny Squares cause I HATE sewing them together (the old-fashioned way) but I'm making a blanket for someone who LOVES Granny Squares and am using your video to join them. THIS IS GREAT! Thank you!

I wanted to say a big thank you too as I've had a couple of orders off you while you were away on you honeymoon and I love the colours. Thanks to your tutorials I have started just my first granny square blanket. (Now I have mastered the squares lol.) Joined my first two together!! 👍🏻😀 xxx

Ima cry! I've been so scared of trying to join the squares in a manner that doesn't leave that RIDGE! This worked so easily!! I learned to make the squares from you, so easy to grasp!! This afghan is for my grandson. It'll be gorgeous, thanks to you!! Keep doing this, you're great! Thanks, Teri, New Orleans Louisiana, America! Happy 2020!

I was avoiding this method because a video that I watched a long time ago over-complicated the process. Then I decided to check this method again and came across your tutorial. You explain it in such an easy and simple way that I got it in a heartbeat. A lot of ppl can crochet but not all can teach. Thank you.

It's so much fun, and at the same time very relaxing because it's so easy to do.

I do have one question. When I mad my granny squares I did 3 clusters of dc and chained 2. When I start joining them I see you are chaining 1 between the clusters is their any particular reason or should I stay with my chain 2 so it stays with the pattern of my granny square?

I am absolutely in love with the join as you go. I will admit I was quite skeptical in my skills to do it as easily and as beautifully as so many others have. But I just went for and it is so fun and works up quickly. I do recommend it to everyone interested in the qranny squares. Thank you Belle Coco for your time in making these wonderful tutorials. 💕

I'm in love with this video. Mainly because I was one of those who couldn't figure out exactly how to start the 'Join as you go' method, after watching the other video of yours.
In the end, I figured it out, after requesting you make this video. But unfortunately after getting so far with my blanket, my depression kicked in and for two weeks, I've either slept all day everyday or cried, or just had no motivation to do anything what so ever.
So, to wrap my comment up, I want to say a huge huge thank you for making this video, as like I say, I eventually worked it out myself, but after two weeks of hating life, I've come to forget just how to Cross stitch. Whereas now I can get straight back into making my blanket bigger :-) and to move onto other projects.
    Thanks so much. :)

+Bella Coco so I kinda had a bad time with my depression and Thyroid disorder, which caused another break in my blanket, but I'm pleased to say I'm 8 squares away from finishing it :) before then just sowing in the ends, and I'll show/tag you into a photo on Instagram xxx
Can't wait (whilst I'm ok) to start another project :) xxx

Straight and to the point. One thing that has always annoyed me about crochet tutorials is how they ALWAYS assume that you are a complete beginner and don’t know how to make a chain or a treble, etc. thank you 🍧

Excellent video! You explained everything well and have a very pleasant voice. I like that you showed from the start to the finish, and how to do joining two two corner pieces on the inside rows of the blanket. I have some pretty varigated leftover yarn that I'd like to make granny square centers with and it think the join as you go method is going to save me a ton of time not having to tie up loose ends. Thank you!!

I love all your videos. I'm new to crocheting and I've learned so much from you. I have a question regarding join as you go.I block my granny squares and I'm wondering how I would incorporate this method when I have to block first. If I block the square and then attach I'm assuming that the blocked squares will be a guide so when I'm doing the joining stitches it will stay even all the way around. Or would I block the entire work once I'm done? Thank you! Again, I love all your videos.
