FYI, I upgraded to the trophy, playseat challenge can handle Elite v2 pedals but with limitations, even the trophy has its problems. I guess aluminum profile rig is still the end game for sim racers. Challenge was perfectly fine for me until I no longer satisfied with brake force setting at only 15…
Thank you for this. I’m desperate to upgrade my G29 to this set up and I was worried that the seat would not take the DD Pro easily. You just convinced me to spend money 😀 Do you have a web link for the 3D printed parts to mount the pedals? I’m in the UK so may not be able to order the exact same but at least I will know what I’m looking for. Thanks again, really appreciate your video.
@@nifty1337 I don’t have the links to these parts. But if you search for playseat challenge reinforcement parts you may find similar products. Anyway if you plan on using load cell brake in the future my advise is to get something more sturdy. This chair can work but most likely you’ll want stronger frame. I upgraded to playseat trophy.
@@TurboZHKthank you. I used to have a Playseat Evolution and I must admit I liked the sturdiness better but I’m really struggling for room these days so my only option is a folding chair. Thanks for the advice 👍
It depends on if you have drilled new holes on the base plate if the base plate is closer to you, you need less weight. Anyway, 2.5 kg x 2 should be enough to stabilize it.
You can try to search for Fanatec V3 pedals adapter and play seat challenge reinforcement. I’ll ask the store where I got them see if they have shop on Alibaba or other platforms that ships internationally.
That is one helluva clean setup, thank you for sharing!
Excellent video - I will have the same set up as soon as my DD Pro arrives - I will begin 3D printing the parts now! Thank you.

Bonjour, avec quoi avez-vous fixé le pédalier ?
Hi.. Great video and I want to do the same. Do you have a rough idea what the weight of the ankle/wrist weights are? Are they 6kg? 2 x 3kg?

Merci
Hey do you have the 3d printed parts for the pedal / seat connector?
You can try to search for Fanatec V3 pedals adapter and play seat challenge reinforcement. I’ll ask the store where I got them see if they have shop on Alibaba or other platforms that ships internationally.
