Even for a rich kid on other people's houses, Pop should have been kicked out by Dino for beating and berating his pretend servants, Dino could've reasoned them that they have served their family for a long time and they deserved respect.
I think the issue is that they were basically all psychopaths lol
while this makes sense to most people, it's a little bit hard for him to think carefully in the moment considering his circumstances
And it's a regular six-shooter type revolver, so the bullet was either placed in such a way to shoot Dino upon his turn, or he's simply dumb.

They are indeed the vile creatures because let’s face it, we only care for ourselves more than anything else.
Tbh, when I watched this episode, the end doesn't give me the satisfaction I wanted. I wanted Dino to have his karma because he deserves it, he made his parents low and dirty. I can’t accept the fact that he let his friends hurt his parents because he was ashamed of them, he cannot even protect them because he know it can ruin his dignity. I am aware that this event happens in real life, money controls every situation no matter how dirty and filthy the outcome will be but the thought of his parents accepting it because of the money then went home as if nothing happened... It got me thinking that accepting the dirty result coming from his parent might still be an opportunity for Dino to repeat the same mistake again. Idk it’s just my opinion.

I'm not giving a spoiler, it's just my opinion. By watching some of the episodes of the series, my guess is Nano is either a spirit or a reaper that could travel through multiple timeline and era's where she find people who does bad things and she torture them to her amazement. If you really think about it. She doesn't age, nor does she have feelings. She laughs everytime someone gets hurt. Plus she can't die.

I have honestly never felt so enraged from a protagonist in a series before. Dino is absolutely pathetic for doing all this idiotic crap and putting his parents through that shite and for what? This could've been easily avoided if he hadn't lied about being rich. He may not get a lot or any friends at all but at least he can have a relatively normal highschool life.
Or if he did. There is a point that many said, you might do many things but never crossed the line. He never rectified the lie and confessed it and brought all this. His family and he were paid to shut their mouth.
There are many levels there. We saw previous she doing things to rich kids but job was done to a poor kid. It was pretty much saying every action has a reaction. Nano is just there to announce the consequences of their actions.
Man, season 1's punishments were so light hearted. The punishments in season 2 are so brutal, twisted, they're basically torture, both physical and mental

@@correlgamers7518 it's an anthology series, the only constant in all episodes is the nanno girl. And there are recurring characters from some episodes but that's later in the series. It's very good. You dhould watch it

this was the most frustrating episode. i felt really bad for the parents and i hated the "friends" so much
dino and i are kinda the same. my classmates always approach me first and are the ones who wanted to be friend with me because i look like rich. i never claimed to be one but they all assumed that i'm just a down to earth person. all of my popular and rich classmates always want to hangout with me. i enjoyed getting attention and kinda acknowledging to be one. i even learned how to budget my daily allowance just to treat them. it just happened that i live with my rich aunt whose helping me in my studies. she always drove and pick me up in the school with her luxurious car. all of the things that i use from my clothes, shoes, and gadgets was all provided by her. i guess i do kinda live like a rich but in reality me and my parents waren't wealthy at all. i always avoid when they're asking about my parents occupation because i don't have the courage to lie. until now only few of them knows my true identity and still willingly to be friends with me despite of that. i still don't have the courage to confess to everyone because i know how much trouble it might cause to me. i've also already distanced myself to most of them because they are toxic.
People in my class usually make friends with rich and good looking people, they won't talk to people who just had one of em, unless you had interesting stuffs, they'll take it without asking and asks where you'd get dat, and at the end of class they'll return it back

No, they are not having dinner peacefully. It's very tense and the atmosphere stinks of shame. The entire episode is just perfect. It's one of the top 3 in that season of the series.
Moral of the story: If one have to lie about his/her wealth to your friends to fit in then remember they are not your true friends instead a 'toxic friend group'
In High School I altered grades and report for money, led to a nice suspension, but I would've been expelled if they found out it was for money. I only got caught because I got sloppy because money talks sometimes...

but ya here father was the janitor she hid that for almost 2 years till we got to know frm the janitor(his dad) at first we didnt believe him until we got it confirmed from our principal and the fact that she used to make fun of the kids whom parents worked for janitor and such jobs really hurts. The end isn’t as wholesome as it is. At the end, Dino’s dad tell him “If you ever have another session at Dhamma camp, don’t forget to tell us.” This suggests that Dino’s parents saw this as an opportunity to make big and easy money in the future.
I did not saw this ep, did the father smile or something while saying that ? Because maybe it could also mean something like "this way we'll refuse and I will not have to see you behave like that" ?

One of my fav series! Still waiting for part 2 of this series to come out.
This episode was so painful to watch, not that it was a bad episode, but i felt so bad for Dino's parents.
It would have been very awkward for Dino to see his parents working as servants at his “own” mansion, can’t imagine the pain they had to go through.
Now I know why she’s called Nanno. Her presence barely leaves even a significant blip on everybody’s radar, yet in spite of the insignificance size of her public notoriety, she still leaves a huge impact on the people she encounters
She's called Nanno because it means 'karma' in Thai, and she's the living embodiment of karma
that has got to be the most awkward plot twist ever

Dino was like me. Once i was a kid who told my classmates that i was rich and wealthy but in reality im in the middle class. Many people would always be friends with me and always support me. But i knew i had to tell the truth so i did. All of the were laughing at me until the teacher came. After class my classmates said we werent friends anymore. Except 2 of my real friends who said it was ok and they forgived me. Im still friends with them to this day and im grateful to them for being with me even though i have lied to them.
Binged the whole season when it first dropped. Patiently waited for the second season to drop and binged it in one weekend. This show is intelligent and unique. Looking forward to the third season of Girl From Nowhere. Netflix has a lot of hidden gems; glad this one is getting its day in the sun.

Haha I remember watching this with my cousins just the 4 of of us in our cousins room in the dark, at 12pm at night. We were watching this because my cousin wanted to, and said it was on Netflix, I didn't want my siblings to find out I'm using my Netflix account to watch an inappropriate drama, so we used a different link to watch it, we watched it until 2am I think then fell asleep.

the first few episodes, you will notice that she is a strange person and able to clone herself. There are theories that she might be an alien or a god, considering she does the favours and never back off from one.
Theory here:
It seems that the amount of money required scales with the intensity of the thing u need/want. And since omnipotence is the omega of wishes, being literally infinite and unbounded, the amount of money required would also be infinite. And thats probably impossible.

Edit 2: Halfway through and just released that this episode of the series is the poor kid pretends to be rich and gets a mansion but his parents are the servants and gets beaten badly and he learns that wealth is not the most important. *I mean that was just a 30 second explanation from the other video who had to stack more than 15 episodes into 10 minute video.* Can't wait for the rest of the half more detailed explanations!

The ending of season 1 has to be one of my favorite things I've ever watched this show is so messed up but in a good way and not many people can do that so props to ya

The spoiler didn’t tell us that it ended way more different than you could think of. Dino’s parents tell him at the end that they were looking his next hangout. The parents were also greed for money. And the movie want to tell us that everyone loves money even Dino’s parents.
