  • A Triumph has always been more than the sum of its parts, encapsulating beauty, style and emotion, with a personality that transcends a physical object - in simple terms, it has soul.

No other manufacturer makes a bike as good, as beautiful made and as cool and a big smile when it starts up and you pull away. Triumph'd over the rest...🇬🇧

I still ride my ‘05 Speed Triple daily since new, now with 80K on it. Runs strong, burns no oil, still has it’s original ECM & fuel pump! The stator & rotor lasted 50K. The 3 cyl engine has proven to be the best for overall street & off-road usage. Top-end track racing is it’s only weakness. I test rode a Zero, best ride I ever had!, & am eagerly awaiting the hopeful release of their TE-1 model.

120 years. Almost as long as you will have to wait for parts when you need repairs. Not if…..when. 2022 Street Twin, 13 months of ownership, 5 months under repair.

Got my 2022 Street Triple RS on 11th March. Enjoying the ride, Triumph fit and finish is way better than others out there.
Wish they would give us a software upgrade for the TFT dash. The current 4 styles are not really user friendly nor do they show all the information properly. The previous generation (prior to 2020) had much better graphics on the TFT.
TRIUMPH - hope you are reading and act accordingly soonest. It cannot be difficult to do this.
    Cheers

@@mohammadsameer9647 You should be able to ride it comfortably if you are used to riding big bikes.
Depends on your in-seam length and experience.
Best is to drop in at any Triumph dealership and check it out yourself.
      Cheers

Excellence, huh? I had a Speed Twin that spent 4 months out of a year (10,000 miles) of ownership in a shop getting warranty repairs done. The list of problems that I had:
    - Improperly routed radiator hose (recall)
    - Faulty bolt in a shift lever failed during a ride, replaced the entire lever assembly
    - Replacement of new shift lever unit after Triumph realized the bolt problem was widespread (recall)
    - Replacement of front brake rotor (2) times due to extreme warping after only 1,000 miles of normal street riding each time
    - Replacement of entire front wheel due to a manufacturing error (this is what was causing the brake rotor to warp repeatedly)
    - Intermittent electrical issue causing the bike to not start (never fixed, I'd had enough at that point and sold the bike).
Unfortunately, the state that I live in doesn't extend it's lemon law to motorcycles. If it did, I would be entitled to my money back.
Since the Speed Twin, I've had a VFR800, Z900RS, and Royal Enfield Interceptor 650 which have all been faultless.
My experience: Triumph is premium and exceptional only in the price and "status" of their bikes. It's pretty embarrassing when the $6,000 Indian bike is more reliable than your $13,000 "British" machine.

@Jay Bee It was remarkable to me how difficult it was dealing with Triumph. Luckily, my dealership is very good and fought for me to get my problems covered under warranty, but they made it sound like Triumph was ready to dismiss everything.
Triumph initially claimed that the warped rotors were due to an overly aggressive riding style (despite the fact that I've never had this issue on nine other motorcycles). And they said that the shift lever failure was due to damage by the user, which was also false.
Meanwhile, every other bike I've owned has needed nothing but routine maintenance through many thousands of miles. This includes bikes from Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki, KTM, and Royal Enfield.

The video does not reflect reality perfectly. I love the brand, but this does not make me forget the imperfections that I have suffered and currently suffer. It is incredible that a motorcycle of 25,000 euros shakes the handlebars on bad asphalt. In addition to other problems I had.

Yup I have and do rally a tiger rally pro, but had a sprint that a footpeg broke on, clear metal fault, triumph not interested. Mate had loose and corroded spokes a few years back, triumph not interested. The pros an ace bike and I'd love the 1200 but triumph is not an excellent company

    • @motoflash6591

The response of the brand when things like this happen is sad. I recently did a 500 mile trip and it was very frustrating because on the highway, with the bumps, the suspension shakes and there is no balance. As you say, Triumph was not interested.
