Herb Chambers Honda of Seekonk yes, didn’t feel quicker than the previous model. Felt dead in the mid range unfortunately.

No mid-cycle refresh huh? I have a 2017 Si sedan and wanted to see what is different? - This would be the year for a mid-cycle refresh meaning updated front and rear bumpers and a few other things (I see they added a volume knob!)....hmm

What's your opinion on the new Si? Currently driving a 07 Si and I want to upgrade but that 6500 redline makes me sad one of the best part of owning a VTEC/iVTEC was revving the nuts off of it. And the other disappointment is they finally put a turbo in it but it only has a 8hp upgrade from my 12 year old car 197 up to 205. But it's between the new Si or a GTI.
I want to upgrade too. I have a 2013 (Gen 4?). Would like to hear the posters thoughts.@@marcschubert139
Marc Schubert Go drive them both the GTI is fun but the Honda interior and features is awesome. Big upgrade from the 07 days.
I have a 19 si coup. Coming from a ep3 k20a2 swap 6speed, its kinda got me messed up, the new one makes power so fast, and my ep3 didnt make power till 6000rpm. I keep thinking damn i need to shit already lol
@@JerryJrsGarage im not into gti but i looked into it, i like honda which is more affordable, although the 10th gen comes with problems already. but at the end of the day its preference. i would rather take a wrx than a gti, which is why i skipped over the gti... i ended p with honda because it was cheaper monthly payments for me which is $127 and cheaper insurance but not by much. and if i want a wrx itd have to be an sti... which is out of my price range. the Si is perfect for what i wanted
Considering they designed this interior so black, as she mentions in the back seats, it makes me wonder why they got rid of the red center part of the seats. It would really liven up the interior.

I saw no evidence of Laura actually driving a manual. The side view of her driving was super close up, and I saw no shot of her actually rowing the stick as she changed gears. I think she just drove an automatic to film this segment. Also, although she said "when you're shifting, you get all that torque", that applies to every manual. No actual comments on how the clutch felt, or whether how the stick felt in her hand as she shifted, whether it was smooth or notchy. Nope, not buying it. If I drive a manual, I always talk about this stuff. She didn't.
Ironfangzu you can tell it’s the SI in the video while she’s driving. The SI doesn’t come in automatic. Just because you do that shit doesn’t mean everyone does lmfao wtf.
How much does the Stealership mark THIS model up?
Here in the Philly area they aren't marked up at all most of the dealers have them listed between 25-26K. With the only exception being the Coupe in that yellowish green color. The Type R is getting the crazy mark ups.

Laura love the glasses ❤️❤️. Just purchased an Accord Sport. I still prefer the infotainment on the Accords. It should be standard all across the Honda lineup. I myself was in the market for an SI. In my area dealerships are not willing to make deals on SI, but they were on the Accord Sport so I went with that. Yes manual transmission, wouldn’t have it any other way.
