Back with Henna starting week 20 post-operatively for her left knee ACL reconstruction (hamstring graft), a medial meniscal repair and a MCL tear. Over the next 4 weeks she continues hopping and agility exercises from the previous weeks, along with all her progressive weight training like squats, deadlifts, single leg squats, pistol squats, and hamstring curls.
During this stage she now progresses the hopping and agility in preparation for return to sport training and clearance testing. Take notes on each exercise on how she is going, what she needs to work on and what's important.
    1️⃣ Grapevines
    2️⃣ Hamstring Flicks
3️⃣ Single Leg Hop Star / Plus Pattern
4️⃣ Single Leg Hop - for distance
    5️⃣ Rotation Box Jump
    6️⃣ Sideways Box Hops
    7️⃣ Rotation Box Hops
Remember these are just SOME of the exercises she is doing each week. For the full ACL rehab program online with all the exercises, videos and protocols week-to-week, go to physiorehab.com/programs

This reminds me of Mr. Bean (portrayed by Rowan Atkinson) hopping in the town after placing his shoe and sock on the roof of a parked car and eventually left him behind.

I need help, so I had a partial acl tear and I just got released to play at 6 months, but my therapy isn’t continuing anymore sessions saying I’m ready but I haven’t done any type of pivoting and cutting to get me ready so idk

I’ve done all the plyometrics just not the final step which is one of my biggest issues bc that’s the main thing I need to be confident and use to before I go back and play💀

I dislocated my knee 3 years ago and had to have surgery as bit of the patella snapped/broke off. I'm genetically knocked knee and waa prescribed basically like general lower body movements squats, hip thrusts etc. Even though it was three years ago my knee tends to track inwards and i will still sometimes get small collapses where my knee buckles. Have been studying your videos the past few days and would it be wise for me to jump on a ACL rehab program as my single leg stability and strength is weak. Cheers jordan
