- To celebrate a milestone 15,000 subscribers (!!!) we decided to do a Q&A! In this video, we answer questions about how we got involved in the sport, what motivates us, how we run the 400m and much more!
We received so many questions on here and on Instagram and we couldn't possibly answer all the questions in just one video. So if you liked this, please let us know if you would like us to do a part two video.
Thank you for being here on this journey with us!
You guys should definitely do a podcast together. You also would be amazing sports journalist, interviewing athletes. Love how articulate and precise you guys explain everything!
You two will shock the world in Paris with your training regimen laviai 49.5-48.5 and laina 53.5-52. pray for a healthy season for you two. ❤ Wish to see you @ world relays Bahamas 2024🎉❤
Fantastic vlog, your twin chemistry would make an awesome podcast. The way you ask each other for thier opinion, but then still have the same opinion is very funny.
Please continue to share/vlog your athletic journey after Paris. It is inspiring for the next generation.
Coming to you from sunny Barbados. 🌞
Intelligent, articulate, athletic, glamorous, and dedicated. You have it all, and there are two of you!
Take a shot every time they shout out Femke 😂 adored this podcast type vlog ✨ idk anything about athletics but y'all make it so accessible 🙌 keep doing you 🙏
I love Femke just as much as you guys😂
haha huge fans here!!
A fabulous video, open, honest and insightful in your very humble but confident, focused but with a sense of fun, and engaging way.
Great to see so many more followers since I joined when there were so few.
Very few athletes allow us into their world by doing videos and now I see others trying to do the same.
Good luck with selection and competing in Paris.
From Auckland, New Zealand 🇳🇿
Bravoooo🎉🎉, I love this format😅😅 huge!
The changes yall have made have really shown and Im looking fwd to the rest of your 2024 season.
Thank you, im a new subie and enjoyed this!
Beautiful, fast, hard-working, articulate and funny, you guys are amazing x
Thanks for this Q&A, as it's really interesting where you came into the sport.
A bit of feedback as I'm a senior Triathlete and I work full time. I find actual training helps me take out the stress of my working day, but I listen to my body.
All the best for the future for you both. Love the grind, as Philly Bowden says.
My favorite twin. Keep working hard ladies.
Great idea
I love you both so much pls do podcasts i find ur vid so inspiring and helpful ❤
such as good video, all the best for the Paris 2024!!
Love when you guys do this.
You guys should post all your upcoming races.
Thank you for doing a Q&A, and answering our questions! I love watching your vlog and find motivation in your journey.
I have a question for the next Q&A: Can you describe your recovery routine? Such, as when do you incorporate cold therapy? Also, do you incorporate sauna therapy? And if you do, same timing question.
I'm trying to optimize recovery also. ❤😁
This was great to watch, looking forward to a potential next one!
there’s definitely going to be another one!!
I admire you both. You're pretty spectacular!
Excellent video, ladies 💖
This is my fav blog.
This was a good video and yall would be great podcasters.
thank you!! we’d love to start a podcast one day!!
You guys should do this more and upload more nurtrition tips❤❤
I resonate so much with you guys. I am currently a junior in highschool doing long distance track right now and do lond distance for track and cross country and I definitely am below average lol! I'm thinking about doing shorter distance for track next year haha
you never know unless you give it a go 😉 but always stick to what your gut is telling you!!
We love you...
Way back, when i was a competitve athlete, pre race nerves were the only aspect of the sport that I positively disliked. Even running myself into a semi stupor in training was infinitely preferable. BUT I never ran a good race where I didn't feel absolutely awful beforehand so you just come to accept them as anecessary part of the successful racing process. Nerves were far worse when I knew I was in really good shape and capable of running well, probably fear of screwing it up by running stupidly.
Always wondered when Athletes break a NR (Individual or Relay) more than once at the same Meet/Champs (like in Glasgow), does British Athletics pay you once or each time it gets broken?!
Interesting☠️
I am waiting on Noah Lyles to share the stage with you two.
If the Lyles brothers were to pair with you two which sister running with which Lyles brother win?
That is the race I want to see❤❤❤❤
Fantastic Ladies. Watched this with my 16 year old Daughter and when you both indicated you ran the 800 and 1500 me and my daughter both looked at each other!! She is currently competing at county level! She is looking forward to be able to try the 400. You are both inspirational.🦾
when it comes to training camps in different countries are you responsible for the new apt etc?
Thanks to subtitles,I can understand what you say.
If I use incorrect vocabulary,I'm Sorry.....
thanks! glad you can benefit from them!
Curious if either of you will ever consider moving back up to either 800m or 1500m in competition in the future, or is the 400m too ingrained into your physical psyche?
I doubt we’ll ever step back up, but we might do maybe one 800m one day!
I have a follow-up question!
You spent the majority of the fall/winter in Denmark. What are your favorite things about living in Denmark? On-track and off-track :)
Hello Ladies, I was wondering about your MS Diagnosis....How long ago were you diagnosed with it, and how does it affect your training / perform ??🤔😊😇
Even the mighty Bolt had to give up. What are your intentions when that happens?☠️
u guyss didnt put up the chaptersss
sorry!! we’ll change it soon and make sure it’s up for part 2!!
