Sir, try to have fully cooked eggs in any form, either boiled or like an omelette or any other form. Avoid half cooked eggs like Bulls eye.

You are right........ Dr.... , because japanies are longest living people in the world... they mostly consume eggs with yolks... and sea foods .As you said lots of vitamins and beta carotin in one egg including protein and beta carotine , if we over heat then we will loose nutritious... , most of our Indians blame on non vegetarians due to religious faith , its completely foolishness... non-veg food has lots neutrinos in low cost...., japanies eat raw fish with rice called shushi...., they live more than 100 yrs.... , sweet potato also has lots of beta carotine good for hair growth and skin... , average life span of africans and indians are just 67 to 72 yrs only but in Europe , australia .., japan, south korea ,,,,canada...singapore,hong kong,,,, are 87 - 89 yrs... most japanies lives more than 100 yrs.... due to healthy foods and excercise,,,,..
