I grew up fishing for trout in Vermont. Some of my fondest memories are walking small wooded brooks and streams (or my grandparents pond that had trout), equipped with just a few eagleclaw hooks, slitshot, and whatever pole had line (whether or not the reel worked, and a small butter container with air holes filled with any mud worms I could find.. It's almost like doing that again when I watch. Thanks, Man. Love the trout over that way; they are beautiful

You're a log jam pro! Fishing the spots I try to avoid because I always hook logs and branches and no trout there. And when I hook trout, I tend to lose them amidst all those logs...
don't bite the garlic. cut it in smaller pieces and just swallow it. Bitter taste might be from garlic. You don't add garlic early when frying because garlic burns easily and turns bitter In a hot frying pan, garlic doesn't need more then a few minutes.
Some people are absolutely nuts when it comes too seasoning their fish/food. Seriously, Ive heard of cooks actually adding Anus seasoning/flavor to dishes. Disgusting.
