I have a recipe for you
Open trout with head just take organs out stuff butter parsley and lemon slices in there and pepper and salt and fry on a pan with butter when your done take everything out of the trout and while its hot rub butter on the inside and salt a little

What you should try is use an indicator like normal but with a hook so when fish do hit it you can catch them
