      Alejandro Pérez there should not be anything particularly wrong, unless it's a very odd sound or if there is pain around the joint associated it. Obviously, get it checked out if it's really unusual or painful. Get form check if you think it's because you do the movement very wrong, but probably won't make much difference.

    Awesome lifts Clarence! I also deep squat but it’s my rebound point, it takes effort for me to stop before going so deep, when lifting heavy it’s just my go to position. My knees and ankles also pop 👍

      @@avieeetjha almost no oscillation on PL plates. Which makes squats harder. Oscillation also decreases stress on your knees in bottom of squat because the change in direction is easier

    Clarence - thanks for the video. Around 6:00, you start a complex. What is the first movement in the complex. You kinda "mute" the finish of the lift. I would think it's because it's the take off and receiving position that is the focus and not "standing":) Let me know and keep up the videos. I really enjoy them.

I tried deadlifting with both flat and weightlifting shoes with the same form, and I felt better with my weightlifting shoes. Is there any pros and cons to deadlifting with weightlifting shoes?     Much pain in the knees around 250kg Clarence? If the clicking I'm hearing is your knees then mine do the same with less than half that weight. It's not painful but concerning.
