This is great❤ for strong detox and fighting a disease, is it better to do one round of each like in this video, or a longer breathwork eg khapalbati x3, vacuum x3, and all the rest you show here? If so, a longer video up to 30 min with your guidance would be great 😌

If you have a high BP you should avoid kapalbhati. Listen to your body to see how it responds, the whole purpose of breathing and meditation is to be able to create a better relationship with your body by listening. Sending much love and blessings Cheers Abhi
Truly beneficial for a working woman like me. Feel so energized in mornings due to this practice. Also can u suggest specific pranayam techniques which are particularly useful practicing only in mornings for energy and evenings for relieving stress and relaxation. Thankyou ji. God bless you.
