I have followed through your other breathwork videos for 30 days each.. I have a general question though that among so many resources on breath work you put through, what is something which should be a constant everyday routine? And how does the pranic body embodies permanant shift in its nature like if I stop it after 30 days, the benefits are lost?

Third eye activation depends on various factors, especially the alignment of your lower chakras, and it can work differently for each person based on their spiritual history. It's not about which practice is universally more effective, but which one resonates with you now. I'd recommend continuing with the practice that feels most powerful to you and keep listening to your body's guidance. I am doing this breathing routine every morning now for the past~10day before I do meditation, but I can never do Khechari mudra properly, I break into yawn and I can't stop it. Even now just thinking of it makes me yawn 😃

Gentle stretching, yoga postures like Cat-Cow or Child’s Pose, and mindful breathing can help release tension in that area. You might also want to consult a professional if it persists. Take it easy and listen to your body!

I can’t sit up straight without my upper back right below my right shoulder blade aching. Anyone know a fix to this?
