Lowest i could get ny Latency was 226ms. And my download speed no matter what doesn't go up past 4.56Mbps. and upload is at 0.63Mbps.
But says ny connection is good and getting the 5GHz. I am at a loss, as the game in just trying to update has been updating for 4days and is only at 8%.
