Make sure you heal first. I had a breast augmentation too over 10 years ago now. Honestly it took a long time for me. Dit ups hurt to much too for me. I suggest wait then start slow and very lightly in that area. Know your body. I'm 63 yr old know and I can pretty much do all the exercises. Enjoy your journey.☺️

Can yu please suggest some exercises that can be done with dumbbells for striation just above the chest and slightly below the collar bones? I can't tell you how much I love it when I see some women having that, and they are not some body builders just fit women. I also love to show off biceps and triceps in photos, and although I have been working hard to get that sculpted look, by doing different types of exercise, yet the toned look evades me. I would also love to show off my calf muscles which are quite good, but I don't know how to pose, to make them look beautiful in photos. I am 65 years old and have been working out for the last 30 years, and for the last 1 year, I have been following Intermittent Fasting, I am eating healthy, yet the toned body is eluding me. Thank you.
One thing good about being a flat chested woman is that I also don't carry a lot of fat in that area. But if hear exercises are still wonderful for defining those areas.

Can't spot reduce body fat and no particular exercise causes fat loss anyway! Calorie deficit = fat loss. Come on now!
