    Hey Erin ,great video again.Your focus on home variation is greatly appreciated.Please do a video on how to balance running and muscle training together (in a week)and what benefits HIIT running can have over just slow paced jogs.I am planning to become a beast in all aspects. 😎

    Great video. I only train at home, and your channel is wonderful. I think TH-cam started recommending you after my training partner used my phone 📱to check a leg workout to use my single cable crossover machine. I truly thank her 😊 for this.     Excellent video 🏋️‍♀️. Do you have any suggestions for poor range of motion with shoulders??? Both of mine are shot, which affects any upper body workout🥲. I want my muscles back!! Any advice would be greatly appreciate ♥️

    Really love pull overs, I have been doing them for a few years on a slight -20 decline angle. Is it more beneficial to perform them on an incline as per this video? Thanks for the home variations great content

Especially for fat loss & muscle gain purpose (body fat within normal range), how to get best balance amongst body weight training, cardio and weight training.

    Great Video!
    I have an adjustable bench at home and been experimenting with the angles on the Supine or Incline row.
    I've tried a 45 degree and the one you use in the video. With the 45 I can hit the Lats more which I prefer but I have difficulty with keeping my feet planted, when I tried your angle it was much easier to keep my feet planted, however, it won't focus on the Lats as much? Is this correct? Thanks!

    Hi Erin! Wonderful video! Thank you for including the home variations. I tried them yesterday in our home gym. Due to COVID-19, we created a basic home gym (not interested in going back to a gym) so the variations are well suited to our equipment. Got a great workout!

    For the t bar row do you suggest using smaller plates for more ROM? I use a 45 but hold closer to myself to avoid hitting myself with the plate
