Thank you for this, especially during a time when we are all experiencing severe negative overload!
Please, everyone, be kind to yourself and others - we all need the trickle down effect.

“Yesterday I was clever, so I wanted to change the world, today I am wise so I’m changing myself”
This quote has changed the way i view the world, and this video has highlighted whats wrong with the way we have conditioned our brains to think and i believe this video has perfectly summed up whats wrong with society and why mental health and emotional intelligence isn't normalised

Self-talk is very helpful. You can do it anytime. Don't wait for others and you can talk anything by no worries about your thoughts makes others feel bad to you. I talk to myself every morning when driving to the office. It helps me a lot to check my thought, evaluation, recheck my goal and what's my feeling this time.

It does make sense! When we talk to other people, we always try to avoid using harsh words to not get misinterpreted so why not apply it to ourselves.

Quitting is not an option when you want to achieve success. Believe that anything is possible, have that positive mindset control you and not your negative mindset :) Hi guys! Let me just share to you a short story. We own a cookie shop business in our college town. When we first started it, we just graduated college and were living in our car with very little direction, just a huge passion to be successful. I started it out of a local bagel shop in their off hours at night with my boyfriend, Bran. It was a crazy experience but it worked! We became a success! And how we have our first storefront location (a second one currently under construction but launching soon!) We started it to fund a year long backpacking trip around the world and to be successful while living the life of our dreams.

I am so glad I am on meds now. These things are so much easier said than done when you're struggling with depression because... That CBT model I think. Like my thoughts became so intertwined with my emotions, I just couldn't believe what positive affirmations I heard because my feelings were so negative and then apathetic. I couldn't shake emotional reasoning, because anything else just felt wrong. And I couldn't consistently bring myself to change my behaviors first. For me, medication resulting in this change of mood first was the solution.

I often talk to myself about my qualities, how capable I am, and how much I can achieve.
Some recent thoughts are: “You have a lot of goals to accomplish,” “You are a good boy.”
To accumulate positive thoughts I must do positive things, as well as surround myself with positive people.

I think that what we tell ourselves is very important since it will depend on or mood.
    Be Kind and brave
    Good people arrive on time
Leave the bad comments aside, the bad people as they will only make you think negative things, take relaxation techniques and enjoy the moments.

I struggle with this. This is gonna sound silly but I have a hard time listing my positive traits. I remember talking to my mom and grandmother about how to write a resume. They kept telling me to list my positive traits, and I found myself breaking down because I just couldn’t. I always thought it was too boastful. Even now, I struggle with it. When writing resumes and cover letters, you have to sell yourself, but it’s hard to do that when you have low self-esteem, like me.

It would be positive if I take myself as a person who can praise myself for what I do
I'm pretty and I shouldn't compare myself to anyone
Remember that no one can do anything to damage what I have achieved and if it happens I will try twice as hard
    Reduce stress
    Increase motivation

conversations in mind i think are like 3 different (povs) individuals
theres this tagalog series i watched before about DID the very first thing that i can remember is that i used to think that the main character created this other personality
p1 herself the nice girl, easily scared traumatized self
p2 a child her unhealed inner child (she was lost when she was child and experienced a lot of struggles in the hands of an old man)
*p3 the evil one, vengeful, seductive and self-centered
because theres an anger inside her, repressed emotions since she was little so this p3 is the one defending her
idk these are just my personal theories before.. i never did a research about DID myself
then if i refer to astrology zodiac placements my own comprehension is telling me that having a ♊, ♎ and ♓ will result in some sort of duality in you (your personality)
    gemini = two faces
libra = a scale, justice which makes you see the different side of things
    then
pisces = two fishes going in two different directions
they all have dualities my ☀️🌙 and ⬆️
kanye he is a gemini and yeah that makes him creative, dynamic
idk much about him but i see that hes a bit manipulative in a way that he can change his approach to get his desired outcome
deep inside a gemini (anyone who is creative) just wants his/her desires met which is almost impossible because its a never ending dynamic grounding is much needed
or else the feeling of unsettlement wont stop
being a mutable sign makes one flexible and adaptive but theres a need for an ⚓

I had to laugh at the suggestion that we need to surround ourselves with positive people. My job is to take the angry calls for mistakes made by others. My spouse has little positive to say about me and nearly every aspect of life whether it be work, home, hobbies, religious affiliation, you name it.
