Is your cart lifted? I have a lifted 2001 Club Car DS w/ 23" tires. Just upgraded the battery to an ECO 51v 105ah along with the 600w/5kW Navitas AC kit. I drove about 7 miles or so last night and my battery dropped to 22%. How are you getting that kind of range? What was your top speed/avg speed?

100-22% you should have got to around 35 miles. If you dropped that much after 7 miles then I recommend calling Eco. Yes, my cart is lifted with spacers on large dual purpose tires.

What were your other settings in the Navitas app? Im curious about what amperage settings you're running. I have this exact setup on my DS. Tire size, motor, controller, gauge and everything.

I’m sorry, I don’t have those screen shots anymore. I know the OTF was a little past the notches and top speed was under 17mph.. so settings were pretty low.

My battery will only charge to 70 to 80% it's in a new Epic cart, all bought last december, any idea why?

It’s possible your battery needs a firmware update. Please contact Eco directly at 877-326-2288

I have a 4 seat lifted club car onward HP. Any idea about range on the HP when going from FLA to the eco?

New FLA or PB batteries will get around 25 miles per charge, the Eco 51v-105 under the same conditions should get 40+ miles per charge cycle.

I have a 6 seater navitas golf cart with the 5kw motor. Assuming I have 6 people on the cart, driving in a roughly hilly neighborhood, and I’m cruising at about 20-25mph, about how much riding time would I be able to get out of the 51v 105AH battery? I’m looking to make the switch to lithium but not sure how many amp hours I should get

I would say you would get the same runtime as a brand new set of lead acid batteries, 25 ish miles per charge. I would recommend upgrading to 72v. The Navitas system can handle it and you’ll get the range and power you need. Probably 40+ miles from a 72v 105ah.

I am considering the Eco 48V - 105 Ah for my 4 Seat - 2013 Club Car Precedent with Stock Contoller but I upgraded the stock motor to a Plum Quick Bandit. It now goes about 26mph with the standard 8" tires (18" Height). How far can I expect to go with this Battery? Thanks!

      100-20% I’d estimate 35 miles.
