Hey Ruth!!!! I just stumbled across your channel and as I love the Brecons we watched your vid. What an amazing location for a camp, you sound so much like me! Needing time away on your own with your thoughts etc. I always need food to help me feel warmer, absolutely no way I could cope without food lol! I know I don’t know you and I really don’t want to sound patronising, but I’m so proud of you for overcoming your anxieties and just doing it!!!! Love your pink hair too (snap!) I desperately want one of those USB handwarmer thingies, I tend to use the disposable hot hands which are incredible! Great video lovely!!! 🍃💕

Gotta love the pink hair! 😁 I still have no idea how I managed to go without food haha! Highly recommend the hand warmers, although a little pricey, they work brilliantly! Hello, I loved the video! Give yourself a huge pat on the back for getting out there! Consider harvesting some liberty caps whilst you're out, it is the season after all. I suffer with anxiety/depression myself and have found that consuming even a small dose has not only changed my perspective but also aids hugely in eliminating anxiety. I implore you to spend 5 - 10 minutes researching into microdosing psilocybin, I genuinely feel it may impact your life in a very positive way.
Well done for overcoming your fears. I keep telling myself to make a list and put it in the pocket of my rucksack... but then take a different bag with me...
