@@lemail4442 Season 1 will have 10 episodes,. The show still hasn't been renewed for a second season (I think it's still very early for that). Hopefully it gets a second season though.
I just got into the show like a week ago, all the way caught up now except the last ep of season 2. I’m REALLY hoping the creators have a plan and overarching explanation and that all of these mysteries have a resolution, if only a simple one. I’m getting a little worried that they just keep adding mysteries every episode, but so far the show is so good so I’m in for the ride heh.
Great video! Subscribed! 🙂 Regarding The Sign: Besides the pond that the Colony House folks were swimming in, could there be another, larger body of water bordering the town? Because I suspect that the Sheriff is thinking of rowing beyond the borders of the anomaly to seek help, or possibly convincing the townsfolk to attempt a mass escape via the water.
Thanks for subscribing!! That’s a very good question. I’m leaning towards thinking that could be the case. For example, we didn’t know that the pond existed before, as the creators are deliberately withholding details and revealing them slowly.
@@luvprue1 I think he has one, he has a key with a float key chain, I'm thinking he found it when he found the talismans and now that he knows they will protect you in a vehicle he's going to try and get out that way
Agreed. Which is why the monsters want him dead via Sara versus her just leaving the door open like she did at the clinic. I think whatever is special about him is the same case with Victor. Hence why in whatever occurred when he was a kid he was able to survive.
@@Rach-ie yea I was wondering if Victor was the first of this current group to arrive, how did he survive for SO long by himself? Would make sense that for some reason he (at least as a kid) was protected. And now Ethan has that protection, and maybe took up whatever role Victor had when he was young. Maybe children are the only ones who can see certain visions, or hear the “good” guys who help the people? Dunno but I’m stoked to find out hehe
She was not right! She is being misled. I think there are two factions of entities, using the people as pawns. A war between those who wish to help and those who wish to do harm!
I'm kind of suspicious of that preacher. What kind of minister encourages people to commit murder? Or at least punish a person humanely? Like, instead of locking someone in a box to be torn apart, they just execute him quickly with a gunshot to the head? I also thought that death was an extreme punishment, all the guy really did was get drunk.
If the talisman can keep one out , it can also keep one inside at the cost of a life right, we know that they dont like sunlight so do they prefer night or does sunlight actualy Hurt them, they never run so trapping some in a pit wouldnt be that difficult right , then its only a matter of time till you find something that kills it. Not to forget those farway trees
Omg i want the town people to experiment this way soooo bad. I wonder if one gets trapped at night, if the others immediate agenda would go from luring people outside to kill them to freeing the trapped one before sunrise

I feel like jades increasingly erratic behaviour is very easily explained by the circumstances of having arrived in what is kind of a living nightmare combined with the fact that hes got a very high IQ and a lot going on in the outside world. A lot of odd speculation about drugs in this recap.
Father Khatri isn't staring down Sara with a look of judgment. He's staring with a look of disappointment that she failed her task, because . . . he's one of the bad guys, which is why he let her go.
I like that you brought this up. Initially I considered both possibilities given that father Khatri has shown questionable behavior so far (and given that he’s supposed to be “a man of God”). An example of this is how he was pushing Boyd to punish (or rather execute) the father of the little girl who died on episode 1. At the same time, I wonder if this is just a uniqueness of his character and not necessarily something more sinister (which is possible). Let’s see what happens next.
@@FromLand I also think it was odd when Sara's brother found him he was meditating in a circle of standing stones when he is a Christian man of god, seems very Pagan for a Christian priest
@@FromLand the priest was pushing for Boyd to punish the father’s negligence because of his own guilt/trauma of not helping the boy in his own life and taking judgement into his own hands
So I suspect that this crazy woman Sara is going to be spared by the monsters and will return at night to break a window in the families house.. I mean... The monsters can't and obviously it's not that they need to be invited in, they just need an opening, and Sara isn't bound by this logic so she could easily smash a window giving the monsters a clear way in. This will probably play in to the graves that the older guy dug.

I want to learn more about the cellar door and who/why/when it was built, more about the talismans, monsters, and the boy in white.

Seriously such an amazing channel need you back !!
U should mention the place where the priest is meditating looks like a sacrifical circle with the boulders in it forming a circle.
Your breakdowns are phenomenal!!! Now i want to binge watch every show you’ve ever reviewed just to binge watch your reviews🤗. Thank you.
Just watched this series. I love your breakdowns
was waiting for this video =D thanks!

I was thinking that too. That the Boyd is thinking about getting a boat and maybe taking the boat to the next town.

I think Sara can’t be killed by the monsters too
Because after she opened the door at the clinic that night
She walked back home without been killed
rite
I have a feeling Ethan cannot be harmed by the Monsters.

I agree. And he foresaw those drawings the guy made before going into the town. Maybe that has something to do with that.

Ethan is the shepherd that'll lead the townspeople out of this mess.
More than that, Ethan is narrating the story of this town.
So what of Boyd builds a boat for him to get help or for everyone too leave?
U should upload more, pls.
