I just watched season 3 episode like 2 and Iris quoted this phrase exactly because she wants to talk to Barry in the hallway. And by this point I’ve probably heard the phrase at least 50 times like it’s getting so old and annoying. People who think this show was ever good even in the earlier seasons must not expect much out of a show because holy crap the dialogue gets so repetitive so quick. And the dialogue is only one of the many issues. The Flash is the most overrated show in history!

It was a shitty episode from a plot perspective tho. You could literally put iris in that facility and she would be okay (since no metas can use their powers) so it was pointless to steal the tech. Plus, why did the never crossed their minds that savitar could dodge the beam lmao. Also the fact Barry forgot that putting thinks back in its place (snart) does not prevents from timeline changing

I think 1x15 "out of time" is the best episode that made me love the show so much. So many things happened and when you just thought it was done, Barry goes back in time, perfection!
Any episode of Season 2 with Zoom...when he's masked anyway, is automatically awesome. He was easily the best Flash Villain even making the goofy name Zoom sound intimidating.
Personally the name Zoom was always intimidating because this is the only adaptation of Hunter Zolomon and the one in the comics is even more intimidating Though when Eobard Thawne ever calls himself Professor Zoom I cringe so hard
I completely agree, every other villain in the show was extremely underwhelming when compared to Zoom. And honestly his name became scary when Harry told the history of his name

Flashtime is one of the episodes that really showcases the true potential of this interpretation of the Flash, and really sells the idea that he's the fastest man alive - especially as Jay begins sweating and losing his ability to use the speed force. It's what The Flash should be at all times, what it could have been if each episode was crafted as carefully as this one, along with putting Barry on a pedestal like he deserves and not being sidelined by every minor side character.

Haven’t finished the video but a very good episode I’ll always love is in season 1 when Barry first went back in time trying to stop a tsunami. Amazing parts and not really episodes were zoom showing up at dinner and taking Henry, “when you were me” and very small bits of the very awful but emotional flashpoint adaptation. ‘Fast Enough’, ‘Out of Time’, and ‘Enter Zoom’ each have a sequence or two that stands out incredibly. ‘Killer Frost’ forces the team to deal with conflicts that have been sustained over the course of the season all at once, and with 3-4 bad things happening at once, I had no idea how anything would be resolved. And Barry’s decision to change the past is fleshed out from the eyes of different people beautifully. But ‘Enter Flashtime’ is the paradigm of a self-contained story. It’s what filler is supposed to be, because within the context of that episode, we watch multiple snap decisions get made that reflect a previous lesson learned. Also, the gold-orange-red-purple-blue color scheme of EF just looks gorgeous.

I'm surprised that you didn't even mention Oliver's season 9 episode. Granted, I don't think it's a top 10 episode of the show, but I would've given it either an honorable mention or put it in the same group as the other crossovers.
Id still argue out of time is the best episode of the flash ever, weather wizard was a dope character who was super powerful and had an understandable motive, ciscos death is really emotional and super influential, and the ending was one of the coolest things I’ve seen in television to be honest.
Out of time at 2 is criminal - nothing in enter flash time hits as hard as wells having to kill Cisco, the rollercoaster of events, the time travel, the Barry and iris reveal, it was one hell of an episode!!

Except that it makes no sense. Why would Barry still give up his speed now that Zoom doesn’t hold Wally hostage? The writers could’ve just had Zoom not agree to give up Wally until Barry gave up his speed. That episode also marked the downturn in the writing quality of season 2.

Honestly, idk my favorite episodes. For me, honestly, it goes this way. Altho, there will be a very similar theme to mine, mine will mostly be earlier episodes. I have seen the whole series, but minus like, 3 or 4 episodes from the Eric Wallace era I remember, let alone liked, so, there's that. I don't expect you to read the whole thing, but my number 2 and 1 will probably surprise you lol. 10. Season 9, Episode 10 - A New World Part 1, basically everything you said. I wish it could be higher, but it is what it is. But it's a great episode. Like, even tho Eric Wallace as the showrunner was terrible, gotta give him props here. If we're gonna blame him for things not going well, gotta also praise him when he does well. And he did very good here. 9. Season 1, Episode 9 - The Man in The Yellow Suit, this is a fantastic episode, the first confrontation between Barry and Thawne and him seeing the man who killed his mother, the rage in Barry can be felt as the viewer, when they are on that football field. Great episode and acting. 8. Season 2, Episode 6 - Enter Zoom, man this episode was awesome. And brutal. Seeing Barry fight Zoom for the first time was just, yikes. And I'm not gonna, it just made me think maybe "Garrick" was actually Zoom, cuz you'd think he'd be around to help, and he wasn't. So, when Barry fights Zoom, it's like, god damn. Also, I miss days like this where Barry will think outside the box to try and get the upper hand. Like, him and Zoom free falling like that, it's a smart idea, but it just didn't work. 7. Season 1, Episode 23 - Fast Enough, this was such a well handled episode. Just Barry going back, and seeing his future self telling him to not save his mother, that hurt to see, so, when Barry is talking to his mom right there, that was just, ouch. The acting from everyone in this was great. 6. Season 4, Episode 15 - Enter Flashtime, alright, there's some just amazing moments in this episode. It shows how OP Flash can be. Straight up, this is such a good episode with a great idea behind it. 5. Season 3, Episode 19 - The Once and Future Flash, this episode was just greatness. The suit Barry had in the future was awesome. Idk why, but just loved this episode. Just seeing Barry from the present going to future, giving hope to the future to Future Barry and Team Flash, and the teasing of who Savitar is, it's a great episode. 4. Season 3, Episode 22 - Infantino Street, when you think Iris dies at the end, the ending of this episode is just a giant kick to the nuts. It really was. And just overall, knowing someone on Team Flash was gonna bite it, it's like, holy shit. Everything in this episode was just basically perfect. From the tone, the acting, everything. 3. Season 9, Episode 9 - It's My Party and I'll Die If I Want To, surprisingly an Eric Wallace episode made it into my top 3. Pretty surprising to me too, not gonna lie lol. But this episode was just a beautiful episode, with Barry and Oliver saying farewell, like, if this was the final episode of the series, I'm fine with that. Admittedly, yea, we wouldn't have then gotten the episode where things come full circle an episode later, but still, like, this episode would've been an amazing ending if it was. 2. Season 2 Episode 14 - Escape From Earth 2, the episode that got me into the series. Quick little backstory why this is my 2nd favorite of the series. The night prior to the episode, I had brain surgery, and was just in and out of it, and the next day, this episode aired, and I was kinda semi functioning lol. And there was nothing really else on that night, so, I was watching Flash and was admittedly, a little high from the meds lol, so, when Zoom punched a hole thru "Garrick"s chest, that freaked me the hell out lol. And after that, I just got into the series. And to really understand, I bought Season 1 and binged all of Season 1 and caught up on Season 2. Like, this episode got me into a show that helped me out in a rough time, recovering from those surgeries. So, I'll always appreciate this episode and this series for that reason. You'd think I wouldn't be into it tho, having been high on meds and seeing that, but I'm not normal lol. 1. Season 3, Episode 20 - I Know Who You Are, the episode where Savitar's identity is revealed, and it made sense in my opinion. With the fact the villain was a time remnant of Barry, and sticking with how basically, the villain of Flashpoint is Barry, and how everything in this season is a result of Flashpoint, it all makes sense that the main villain, be Barry, at least a version of him. Everything about this episode is perfect. And when Barry figures it out, and he runs off figuring, and talks to Savitar, it's like, this is just peak.

And if you don't have the budget to do a huge event like Crisis then you shouldn't do it and leave it for a film version. I will die on this "hill" that "Flash Time" was not only the best, but also the worst episode. It demonstrated Barry's level of OP. He's literally unstoppable. The fact that he would have any issue at all, with any non speedster, is absolutely infuriating! Adding to that, he could run circles around other speedsters, which again, is absolutely infuriating! Couple that with the fact that he can time-travel, he should be not only invincible, but absolutely instead unstoppable.
I mean, that was already obvious. He was shown to be able to see lightning in slow motion. Speedsters have always been terribly inconsistent in the show and the Arrowverse as a whole. It's probably most obvious in the Legends S2 finale, where dozens of time remnants of Thawne quite literally run in circles around the heroes occasionally getting punched in the face FOR A WHOLE MINUTE while they use the spear. Like wtf man, they're just standing there for a full minute IN REAL TIME and that many RFs just run in circles around them and don't do anything at all? The arrowverse speedster scenes have always been nonsense; they're made for people with absurdly high BS tolerance and suspension of disbelief capabilities. Enter Flashtime wasn't the problem, the problem was that nobody even tried to make good fights to begin with.

Flashtime is one of the episodes that really showcases the true potential of this interpretation of the Flash, and really sells the idea that he's the fastest man alive - especially as Jay begins sweating and losing his ability to use the speed force. It's what The Flash should be at all times, what it could have been if each episode was crafted as carefully as this one, along with putting Barry on a pedestal like he deserves and not being sidelined by every minor side character.
In my opinion, “Out of Time” episode was just beyond perfection… title , whole episode, amazing. So many things happened it was insane

Haven’t finished the video but a very good episode I’ll always love is in season 1 when Barry first went back in time trying to stop a tsunami. Amazing parts and not really episodes were zoom showing up at dinner and taking Henry, “when you were me” and very small bits of the very awful but emotional flashpoint adaptation.

‘Fast Enough’, ‘Out of Time’, and ‘Enter Zoom’ each have a sequence or two that stands out incredibly.
‘Killer Frost’ forces the team to deal with conflicts that have been sustained over the course of the season all at once, and with 3-4 bad things happening at once, I had no idea how anything would be resolved. And Barry’s decision to change the past is fleshed out from the eyes of different people beautifully.
But ‘Enter Flashtime’ is the paradigm of a self-contained story. It’s what filler is supposed to be, because within the context of that episode, we watch multiple snap decisions get made that reflect a previous lesson learned.
Also, the gold-orange-red-purple-blue color scheme of EF just looks gorgeous.

Versus Zoom (2x18) was robbed of a spot. It was a huge win for team flash, and we get a ton of parallels between Zoom and Barry.
Except that it makes no sense. Why would Barry still give up his speed now that Zoom doesn’t hold Wally hostage? The writers could’ve just had Zoom not agree to give up Wally until Barry gave up his speed. That episode also marked the downturn in the writing quality of season 2.

Honestly, idk my favorite episodes. For me, honestly, it goes this way. Altho, there will be a very similar theme to mine, mine will mostly be earlier episodes. I have seen the whole series, but minus like, 3 or 4 episodes from the Eric Wallace era I remember, let alone liked, so, there's that. I don't expect you to read the whole thing, but my number 2 and 1 will probably surprise you lol.
10. Season 9, Episode 10 - A New World Part 1, basically everything you said. I wish it could be higher, but it is what it is. But it's a great episode. Like, even tho Eric Wallace as the showrunner was terrible, gotta give him props here. If we're gonna blame him for things not going well, gotta also praise him when he does well. And he did very good here.
9. Season 1, Episode 9 - The Man in The Yellow Suit, this is a fantastic episode, the first confrontation between Barry and Thawne and him seeing the man who killed his mother, the rage in Barry can be felt as the viewer, when they are on that football field. Great episode and acting.
8. Season 2, Episode 6 - Enter Zoom, man this episode was awesome. And brutal. Seeing Barry fight Zoom for the first time was just, yikes. And I'm not gonna, it just made me think maybe "Garrick" was actually Zoom, cuz you'd think he'd be around to help, and he wasn't. So, when Barry fights Zoom, it's like, god damn. Also, I miss days like this where Barry will think outside the box to try and get the upper hand. Like, him and Zoom free falling like that, it's a smart idea, but it just didn't work.
7. Season 1, Episode 23 - Fast Enough, this was such a well handled episode. Just Barry going back, and seeing his future self telling him to not save his mother, that hurt to see, so, when Barry is talking to his mom right there, that was just, ouch. The acting from everyone in this was great.
6. Season 4, Episode 15 - Enter Flashtime, alright, there's some just amazing moments in this episode. It shows how OP Flash can be. Straight up, this is such a good episode with a great idea behind it.
5. Season 3, Episode 19 - The Once and Future Flash, this episode was just greatness. The suit Barry had in the future was awesome. Idk why, but just loved this episode. Just seeing Barry from the present going to future, giving hope to the future to Future Barry and Team Flash, and the teasing of who Savitar is, it's a great episode.
4. Season 3, Episode 22 - Infantino Street, when you think Iris dies at the end, the ending of this episode is just a giant kick to the nuts. It really was. And just overall, knowing someone on Team Flash was gonna bite it, it's like, holy shit. Everything in this episode was just basically perfect. From the tone, the acting, everything.
3. Season 9, Episode 9 - It's My Party and I'll Die If I Want To, surprisingly an Eric Wallace episode made it into my top 3. Pretty surprising to me too, not gonna lie lol. But this episode was just a beautiful episode, with Barry and Oliver saying farewell, like, if this was the final episode of the series, I'm fine with that. Admittedly, yea, we wouldn't have then gotten the episode where things come full circle an episode later, but still, like, this episode would've been an amazing ending if it was.
2. Season 2 Episode 14 - Escape From Earth 2, the episode that got me into the series. Quick little backstory why this is my 2nd favorite of the series. The night prior to the episode, I had brain surgery, and was just in and out of it, and the next day, this episode aired, and I was kinda semi functioning lol. And there was nothing really else on that night, so, I was watching Flash and was admittedly, a little high from the meds lol, so, when Zoom punched a hole thru "Garrick"s chest, that freaked me the hell out lol. And after that, I just got into the series. And to really understand, I bought Season 1 and binged all of Season 1 and caught up on Season 2. Like, this episode got me into a show that helped me out in a rough time, recovering from those surgeries. So, I'll always appreciate this episode and this series for that reason. You'd think I wouldn't be into it tho, having been high on meds and seeing that, but I'm not normal lol.
1. Season 3, Episode 20 - I Know Who You Are, the episode where Savitar's identity is revealed, and it made sense in my opinion. With the fact the villain was a time remnant of Barry, and sticking with how basically, the villain of Flashpoint is Barry, and how everything in this season is a result of Flashpoint, it all makes sense that the main villain, be Barry, at least a version of him. Everything about this episode is perfect. And when Barry figures it out, and he runs off figuring, and talks to Savitar, it's like, this is just peak.
Id ask for a Top 10 Worst episodes but any random episode from seasons 5-9 would be acceptable (with some exceptions)

My list:
1) Elseworlds - Great fun story that set up huge potential
2) Invasion - Pretty comic accurate for the most part and well made.
3) Crisis on Earth X - Just good fun all around, even the cringy parts
4) Flash vs Arrow - Solid character piece
5) Vandal Savage - Corny but still pretty ok.
6) Crisis on Infinite Earths - Aside from Spectre Oliver and the first episode evacuation, it's a complete dumpster fire when compared with the comic book and the other 5 ahead of it.
7) Armageddon - Aside from finally giving the Reverse Flash his proper costume and Barry his boots, this is just sad.

You can't compare cw crisis to comic they don't have budget to do it justice
@@theflashdcuniverse You don't need a huge budget, Some of the best episodes of the series had limited effects. And if you don't have the budget to do a huge event like Crisis then you shouldn't do it and leave it for a film version. There are so many things wrong with how they handled Crisis and how it bore next to no similarity to the original story at all.

if you told me that 4x15 was a legendary comic one shot brought to live action, I would believe you. I've been saying for YEARS that this episode hits different than every episode of the flash COMBINED
You should watch batwoman just to make rant videos about it. Trust me we would love to see you rip that show to shreds every week.
I will die on this "hill" that "Flash Time" was not only the best, but also the worst episode. It demonstrated Barry's level of OP. He's literally unstoppable. The fact that he would have any issue at all, with any non speedster, is absolutely infuriating! Adding to that, he could run circles around other speedsters, which again, is absolutely infuriating! Couple that with the fact that he can time-travel, he should be not only invincible, but absolutely instead unstoppable.
I mean, that was already obvious. He was shown to be able to see lightning in slow motion. Speedsters have always been terribly inconsistent in the show and the Arrowverse as a whole. It's probably most obvious in the Legends S2 finale, where dozens of time remnants of Thawne quite literally run in circles around the heroes occasionally getting punched in the face FOR A WHOLE MINUTE while they use the spear. Like wtf man, they're just standing there for a full minute IN REAL TIME and that many RFs just run in circles around them and don't do anything at all?
The arrowverse speedster scenes have always been nonsense; they're made for people with absurdly high BS tolerance and suspension of disbelief capabilities. Enter Flashtime wasn't the problem, the problem was that nobody even tried to make good fights to begin with.

I wish he could put Finish Line as one of the top 10 because it showed how Savitar was more desired to become a God more than ever since Iris didn't die, how Barry realized that anger won't solve anything and decided to help Savitar, the final battle the Flash and Savitar including Vibe, Gypsy, Jay Garrick, Kid Flash and Killer Frost and Flash sacrificing himself in the end
The reason out of time is the best, is because it’s not mentioned at all in “the flash is insufferably inconsistent”

Started watching bc I was bored in prison. Made it ab 5 seasons and then just peeked a bit. Nora showing up was ab my end, and Cisco getting powers was where I called it
