I've never heard of the X95 being referred to as a SAR. The SAR is the original Tavor, which is similar to the X95 in design except for the charging handle placement, mag release placement, removable picatinny rails at the 3,6,9 position, a different type trigger pack as well as a few more differences. The SAR came out in 2014, the X95 came out in 2016. I bought one the first week it was released.

The TS12 will chamber the next round after rotation of the next tube. No need to charge.

Yep, if the bolt is locked back, anytime you rotate a tube with shells in it to the feed position (the top tube) it loads one hold automatically. If you push the bottom carriage release it will then ghost-load the next shell onto the lifter/elevator. You can then top off the tube for 17 rounds (5x3+1+1) of standard shells, 14 shells (4x3+1+1) of magnum 3" shells. You can get 20 if you use Noble Sport 2.25" minibuck shells (six 00-buck pellets doing 1250fps). ;)

@@1977TheHammer There's a big gun show in PA early February. They retail for $1,200, my hope is to strike a deal. See what happens.

Goodluck. It's a sweet shooting shotgun. Tough to get IWI products since the Hamas Terrorist attacks started a war in October, but they are made in the USA so the shortage here isn't "terrible". Lots of Tavor parts seem to be available in Canada, though that's hardly an issue a new TS12 would have to worry about. :) @@stevemellinger3776

@@universallaw8850 Negative, did not go to the show. There is one at our local grun shop. It's a matter of time. I bought the Tevor X95 from the same shop. Love it.

TS12 runs about $1400. Runs slugs, buck, bird shot, even Noble Sport 2.25" minibuck shells (1250fps) runs fine (no adaptors or anything, just don't use weaker or smaller shells).

I can never understand how people can make a “review” and not provide a demonstration of accuracy (and in this case, even mention accuracy).

The only issue I’ve ever seen with these is mag jamb and smoke in face. The weapon itself is flawless and shows the problems with add ons

    That's not a SAR That's an x95.
