I was planning on doing a run like this myself but then I remember that the mod makes it so your spouses can kiss each other and the fact there are not one but two sets of siblings immediately turned me away- now I'm more likely to do a 10 spouse run instead of all 12
Pretty sure the mod actually prevents sisters to kiss eachother so at least there's that.
