Imagine you make a new friend and you tell him every time you see each other when your birthday is. The two of you grow closer over the months and he eventually gives you a bouquet. You are so excited because you have been developing the same feelings for him and you feel the two of you really understand each other because you have been able to open yourself up to him. He cares for you, and he has helped you see there is more to life than working. You could even say he knows you better than anyone. Then he also gives you a present and says "Happy Birthday!"...even though your birthday is the next day.

But you are not entirely wrong... the storyline could have bee a little more philanthropist, knowing what Joja is, at least we could've had an effort towards the ambient and mental wellness of the employee. Of course a corporation can also help medicine, education and food.

A new challenge: Complete the Community Center WITHOUT getting the Mines cutscene which causes Marlon to give you the Rusty Sword. Get creative with solutions aka the Traveling cart or fishing treasure chests for things that require the cutscene. I also recommend the Hill-top Farm for mining.

This just made me realize.. Corporations brought back political marriages in a way. They have large territories that span different borders than countries and many CEOs will probably share their business once married. There have been multiple cases where their kids have married into another business and started a "partnership".
