I'm pretty sure this is the one you want to make spoon rings. It was recommended for spoon rings specifically on the Pepe Tools website.

This tool is ideal for spoon rings. You can also use the Pepe superior ring bender, for lighter items, but this is capable of much larger and thicker spoons.Dave
