why do you have air intake, exhaust and ac units? You're just paying to cool outside at this point. Choose one or the other. Fresh air, or AC.

can you please tell me what the make and model is of the contact breaker or whatever those are under the mining rack that protect the miners from power surges -- do those protect from brown outs as well? Can you tell me how do you plug 50 miners to electricty. I think you can plug them directly to wall socket by using the extention cable. What kind of system can you suggest for electricty. Also in your video, you said that you are using switch if the electricty gone that will help to not affect the devices. I normally plug off the cable from the wall socket when I want to turn off miner. Do you think that will kill my miner in the future?

how big is your room, how big is your hot air room, HP for your AC, fan CFM, your room temp 32c, your hot air room 48c?
did u try turn off AC and just use your air intake what the temp? thanks
room size : about 250 sqfeet
hot air room : 3 feet x 12 feet ( this should be bigger for better performance because miners gonna blow too much air . in our next farm we would keep it as big as cold room )
Fan CFM : it changes with inlet suction opening of room . single AC cmf is about 900 . but too much air is being pulled in room by antminer.
and yes we tried to keep Ac off for while but at my location outside temp is around 35 c to 40 c . so it gets hot instantly . 10 c rise in just 10-20 minutes . of course you may be able to control with outside air only if outside air temp is below 25 c . Air circulation is all it takes to keep antminer healthy .

Do you run it overclock?
Antminers dont require fresh air. Theyre not breathing oxygen. They just need cold air.
It's not about fresh air, the exhaust pulls out hot air without letting it go back to the front room, this improves the efficiency of cooling.
Ac unit can cooling inner air, ( looks like, it will be only 60 m3), so if you make a closed room, that method will be the best option. Small coolers only circulate cold air at heatsink, so best ever option if you made smaller inside closed room volume, and stay same cooling performance.
I wouldn't use all that combustable material, especially the cardboard under the power supplys, if you have a fire it will spread over the whole rig
well done crypto bros. I really enjoyed watching this video. I have to agree with the above - one faulty electrical burn out on those PSUs, plus cardboard, the wood pannelling behind would give me sleepless nights :)

Were you able to get the miners from the customs without any issues ? When i contacted bitmain they refused to ship directly to india due to custom issues and said to use a third party shipping arrangement...Did you face any challenges in importing ? Looking forward for your feedback !

All that raw air will kill those units from dust / dirt by atleast 6 months shorter lifespan
yes, you are right . dust is major problem . we are currently working on it . if you have any idea about how to filter it effectively please share with us.
You only need to put a filter on your primary air in take.
yes, but i don't have idea about exact material which may allow too much air . filters which we use in home are not efficient enough .

Just go to whattomine.com and put 500MH/s to Hash rate and Power 800W press Calculate and look at the first row on the list take the Profit column value and multiply it 30 x 40 then you know ROUGHLY what this setup will give you per month CURRENTLY. If you buy this setup today with the prices on the manufacturer's site it will take about a 1/2 year to pay the h/w and then you will start to make profits... but the current ASIC competition will kill the L3+ soon so I would be very cautious in this. Additionally when time goes more and more L3+ appears to market and the profits go deep down.
