I have query regarding visa acceptance in Canada
I have completed 10th with 71% ,12th with 58% marks and then pursued B.tech with 68% and after a gap of one year I did Masters and completed it in 2021 with 71%.
Since then i am working in a private company
I have applied in Georgian college in Ontario Canada with IELTS score of 7 overall with no band less than 6.5
For financials, i will take loan for fees and GIC will be paid in liquid money

But i got my refusal on dec 7th even having good ILETS score and good profile(SDS) stating reason u will not to leave canada after ur studies. But my only mistake was i did not submit my SOP as my agent suggested i hav a good profile and recent graduated without any gap in education.
I have applied for caips or gcms notes just to know exact reason.Should i need to reapply again for jan 22 intake or should i need to wait for my caips notes and then apply for my next intake ie September22?

@@RajveerChahal sir is law clerk diploma a progression of studies after master of police administration from india after 6 each algonquin college as i have never studied subjects which are in law clerk but they ate relevant with my past studies and there is no such thing like law clerk in india and even master police admn is very rare degree in india

And I have done my graduation from du Sol with 52% in the stream of ba programme 2020 and the result was declared on 2021
I got letter from Trent university at toronto dhuram in diploma in human resource for 2 yrs and 1 from GBC in Human resource for 1 yr and I choose Trent because it is a university
I am working as a HR executive from the last 4 years. However, I am not sure whether I will get my visa or not because of poor academic score and study gap.
I am applying it in SDS category with ielts score of 7 not less than 6 and I am 24yrs old.
I took loan of Rs.20lakh as educational loan and 12 lakh is my 1st year fee. Moreover, my cousin is living in U.S.A and he will pay my GIc and I have 3 to 4 lakh in my sister's saving account but she don't have ITR of it .
My parents are no more as my father passed away in 2011 and my mother in 2020.
I don't know what I have to write in my sop to justify my gap as it is 2 yrs of gap in my 10+2 and I strongly feel that if get rejection so that will be for the reason that i will not leave canada after completion of my studied
The reason of my gap is financial crises because my sister was the main earing person but after her marriage I was working in part time job in small stores which I cannot give any proof of it.
I worked very hard and I really wants to go in Canada and complete my studies because I am doing good in my profile but because lack of studies I am not getting promotions or any jobs in big MNC's, i also have recommendation letter from my company

When I got refusal in September 2021 I applied for CAIPS notes and my consultant found that the reasons were not specific in CAIPS and we focused on relevancy of study and purpose of visit. Again they have refused me for Jan intake. Should I apply for CAIPS again??
It took approximately two months for CAIPS last time. If I apply again I may have to wait for CAIPS. I want to reapply soon. What do you suggest Sir??
