When you’re rich and influential, you’re held to a higher standard than the average person just minding their own business. And by the way, the authorities don’t ignore regular people either-they went after the GameStop crowd that tricked Wall Street, if you remember that. I'm pretty sure this other guy is in charge of the "fund" and probably coached him on what to say. Which is why he sounds like such an idiot, because he literally is ignorant to apparently a lot of things. Him going on a podcast and him stating things on social media about crypto/NFTs is him just trying to boost his ego and make himself sound smart, (Which we see is not the case.) "I bought this one because of the cigarette," No you're GUY bought that one because he knows what he's doing. It's still his money, so he obviously keeps track of it all very well. For all we know, this guy running his wallet, probably convinced him this is fine and it's not going to look bad. For the record, I'd probably trust him too if he made me that kind of money. It's obvious that these people set up conversations in public to create plausible deniability for everyone involved. It keeps happening, and they do it so you can't point at a single person as the one that influenced people to buy the coins they are themselves selling. That would be illegal.
It takes a special kind of person to run scams like this without loosing sleep at night. I don't know if it's narcissism, sociopathy or whatever, but most people literally can't do it. I watched the interview in one sitting. At one point Jimmy says something to the effect of "I'm so ignorant I don't even know how to press the button to sell crypto. That's why I have a fund!" then the next day on the phone call Jimmy breaks down how Super supposedly works when confronted about it. Like... you can't have it both ways Jimmy. There were maybe 2-3 things in the whole interview where Jimmy went "Yeah, that was dumb. I shouldn't have done that." but his answer for everything else was either to dodge accountability or say "Aw shucks! I'm so ignorant!". So that behavior and that inability to take responsibility of course spills out into his actions regarding crypto.

Now after watching the whole interview and watching what Coffee had to say, I’m still not convinced that Jimmy is oh so innocent. It’s fair to say that Dogpack definitely didn’t do an objectively neutral analysis on everything going on bts of Beast company. But when Jimmy dodges so many questions by just saying “I didn’t know”, “it wasn’t me”, it was never my intention”, “this is just misinformation”, etc. it’s hard to believe he’s not just straight up guilty or at the very least, guilty by association. At the end of all this I look at it like this……. Ignorance doesn’t prove innocence, it just proves that you never do your due diligence. I refuse to believe that Jimmy is so incredibly incompetent/ignorant, that he is innocent of all the things he was accused of.

The entire Soggy Cereal video was "debunking" superfluous claims or debunking portions of the claims that were not the main substantive complaint at all...
Like the "war crime" claim. No one was seriously claiming Mr Beast committed an ACTUAL war crime. There weren't crimes committed and it wasn't during a war, so for the "debunk" to be "well he didn't commit war crimes" is nuts.
The main substance of that complaint was the inhumane treatment of a contestant and the lack of proper procedure on behalf of the production team to ensure his mental and physical well being. To sweep all that under the rug by just saying "well it wasn't a war crime" as if THAT'S what people were actually saying is just so disingenuous.

It’s pretty textbook politician stuff when doing damage control in an interview. Try to seem likable and not in trouble while distracting as much as possible from the substance of your actions.

Anyone who won’t accept criticism or take accountability cannot be trusted. Sincerely, there’s room for grace from people but if you cannot fathom having done something wrong, even accidentally, then there’s no point in engaging with them.
