  • Speed skating style plyometrics stairs workout - To benefit all skaters aiming to improve leg speed, sprint skills and general snappiness.

    6 exercises. Suggested protocol: 3 sets of 20-30 steps of each exercise. Rest 60 seconds. Set rest: 4-8 minutes. Remember a good warmup!! ;)
