I find that when I'm trying to slow down the motions while still going at speed to really lock the concepts into my mind and muscles, it helps to have a playlist with songs that are at different speeds, then I can force myself to do whatever motion to the rhythm of that track I find that's just a bit slower than I'm comfortable with. Usually by the end of the song, I've become comfortable already :)
@@mildredhubble6848 Yes, I do that, and lemons, and sometimes the double push, but that becomes extremely tiring if you try to go fast. The 1.5 mile slope feels like 30 miles :lol:.

do you have neck problem when skating long distance with low position and have to extend your head to look ahead?
I skate on a 10 mile beautiful rail trail here with a 2-3% grade in some parts. Any tips for uphill?
