Hello :) I would encourage you to ask yourself this question, honoring your own inner compass of how you define handling anger in a wise and mindful way. In my own practice of navigating anger, "wise and mindful" typically involves attending to and striving to understand my experience of anger (thoughts, feelings, sensations) before acting to help avoid impulsive or reactive behaviors.
