    Charlie, when I really enjoy a class I save it to my "Yoga" folder on TH-cam to try again. It is not often that I try a class more than once as I keep finding new ones that sound great and I have not been dissapointed! Thank you. Your transitions are so fun to try, I continue to feel challenged and satisfied 😊

    Working up to the sequence of 90/90 to W3 is such a useful skill. Loved working on that. The standing forward pose with head under crossed arm was new to me! Could not do it but happy to try! Saving this class to my repeat list so I can work on these two things in particular. I’m REALLY enjoying your classes.

    Really enjoyed this class...loads of variety, and a good level of challenge. Hip openers hit the spot for me, on this post run day. Like your precise and clear verbal cues. The counting down in poses is slightly distracting when attempting to find peaceful stillness, but only a minor factor compared to an overall fantastic class. I plan to repeat to smooth out my transitions. Thank you Charlie.

    I'm so glad I've joined to this class! I didn't want to move at all and it was a little bit of a struggle for me to put my matt on the floor, but then I laughed a lot with you😁 there was a moment when I pushed too hard to come into a reversed moon and I almost fell forwards😂

    Such a fun class! I woke up with my head full of stuff I need to do, but this practice emptied my mind and gave me such calm. I really felt the relaxation sink in in the final kneeling pose with chin to chest. Thank you so much, Charlie!

    Really good. This was challenging but we made it with only a slight variation or two. We loved the emphasis on the beck movement as well. 💯

    I really love the way you have designed this sequence because most of them directly get into the session but you first give us to warm up the body before going to the challenging part so I can easily do the difficult yoga pose easily and I can feel my body opening up... And you gave different styles of sequence which is very interesting.... Thank you so much... Keep growing 😘

    Nice practice, but why do you always instruct us to do everything facing backwards?

      Thanks Kara. It’s because that’s how I flow, in all directions, where there is no back or front because I’ve always felt restricted if everything were done in one plan of movement. I teach how I like to practice because I want to offer a fresh perspective and hope that my cues are clear enough that you don’t have to watch the screen and so it doesn’t matter what way you are facing.

    Fun vibe but not really for beginners / limited flexibility folks - seemed more like an intermediate course. Been doing yoga for 20 years but take beginners classes due to mobility issues and this one wasn't doable - when we got to Wild Thing I gave up and finished out with sun salutations and warrior poses. Don't know if beginners unfamiliar with terms would be able to follow and no modifications were given.

    Such a wonderful claa. My first with you and it pushed me a little mote than i 3xpected but i feel invigorated and steong. Though i had to modify or hold a few poses for s shorter time, i only saw room for growth and improvement which was inspiring. Thank you. 🙏🏼💜☀️

    17/1/23 indeed it was movement medicine. I liked the get ups no hands variation to warrior 3, fwd fold twisting but added skandasana pose after reverse warrior. Thanks Charlie for sharing yourself and practice on the mat 🙌🏾🔝🙏🏾

      Hey vornique thank you so much. For me I find it's helpful to build them up, starting with a small amount of rotation, concentrating on breathing deeply and then with each new pose that incorporates a twist going a little deeper once the breath is established. I also find it is helpful to strengthen the obliques, as these muscles assist the body into twisted positions.
