Welcome to MasterChef World! This channel highlights the best moments from the world's favourite cooking television show.
Cody was given a chance to choose another home cook for the selection of the dish he and the others had to cook in their next challenge, and the chosen cook also received immunity. Cody chose David, who chose Michael's sea scallop mousse (over Claudio's Tom Yum soup and Alvin's taro root dumplings). Christopher's mousse was the best, while Michael's mousse was deemed the best of the worst, leaving Cody and Jon to face elimination, and Jon was eliminated.

Christopher is like the really important side character, who later becomes the main character in his own show (season 7).

@@IndahLilia Sorry, my bad. I thought it was well-known among masterchef Canada fans.
thats just gohan then (except dbs did gohan dirty)
I haven’t seen the season yet but I am so happy to know he shines! I can’t wait to watch.
Season 7 was Andrews season up until the second to the last episode
Chef micheal is such a gem. Whether its his constructive criticism, apologetic behaviour to guests during team challenges, or not letting anyone get hard on themselves
Wow 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
That's so true, Chef Michel is an amazing person.
I wish I had him on standby when I need a pep talk.
“He gets a little pompous”
She just described Cody’s entire personality in 5 words
4 words and a letter
I just realized that each one that was chosen by the chefs perfected the exact egg dish the chefs assigned to them..chef Michael brought kevin back and he made the best soft boiled.. Alvin brought cody and he cooked the best poached egg while claudio got andrew back who made the best omelette..
Amazing
I like how Jennifer didn't give up and ended up completing the challenge.
Yea! I got mad respect for her!! I thought she’s definitely done after that critical mistake, but she still pulled that off beautifully. And as Line said, this lady really doesn’t give up!
Truly amazing. Once she hit upon the roux idea, I thought that it might turn out better than the original recipe. Minus eggs? Yepper!
Chef Michael is so good at talking people out of their frazzled state. It's heartwarming to watch every time
13:22 Christopher and Jennifer’s reaction when Kevin said he never cooked a soft boiled egg😭
It was perfectly in sync too 😭
Man, even rewatching this, knowing that Jon is gonna have to go, seeing him eliminated still hurts every time.
He's such a sweet and honest guy.
This kind soul was taken way too soon, but it's comforting to know that he went on to follow his food dream after he left the show.
I don't really do the whole god and angels thing but I kinda hope Jon's looking down from time to time.
He's a true inspiration and an amazing role model.
Big guy is definitely in heaven cooking up a storm in the afterlife.
Jon is my favourite too 🙌
im happy that kevin still finds hope even though he broke the yolk on his poached egg❤
Awe didn’t know Jon was eliminated on this episode. He was so damn sweet from the very beginning till the end. 🥺🥺 Rest in Peace Jon 🕊️
Is he dead? Omg he was my favorite cook here
@@haechanfulday I read couple of comments here stated that he had died 😔 and yes he was my fav too
@@haechanfulday yeah he passed away in 2021 😞
@@meowhiWhat happened to him?
@@mariesorrendino6747 he died. Search on Google, you'll get the source.
Sabrina's "WHY??" got me laughing so hard
Lol, same. She and everyone else knew that was a mistake on Cody's part.
I don't know why but I like Kevin, he really looks very kind and soft. He deserved that second chance
Guess david was right about cristopher seeing he won season 7 of Masterchef canada
He just needed a little more time to get a more secure footing and then he blew them all away.
Yes
Hate Christopher
I live for line's reaction when Chef Alvin called Cody in. Like same girl lol
Mee too!!!!!!!!!!!!😅
5:59 David's reaction is priceless
Hahah true! I didn't notice this at first but when I rewatch it, David's reaction is really cute! This time stamp also 18:25 hahah.
Chef Michael is so kind.
I like how everyone was scared of Andrew and it really showed later in season 7
It's what I love about Jennifer- necessity is the mother of invention and she has pulled out some great last minute work
Chef Michael is elegant and decent ❤❤❤.. His way of talk is charming
RIP Jon, we love you forever.
You know one thing about masterchef canada is the fact that they have the best judges of all the worldwide series, they have such sweet judges that give encouragement and good advice, aswell as support when the contestants are freaking out.
Biggest fool in the competition was cody 😂 he always think he is true but isn't it 😂
I am truly amazed by how Cody surprises himself every time
Cody while preparing the sea scallop- “I want nice hefty chunks of lobster that you can really sink your teeth into” 26:25
Cody while judging - “how could I have possibly let it happen” 34:29
He's good but strange 👍🤔🤨
I extremely dislike cody i'm not invalidating his skills but he's completely arrogant and narcissistic and hadn't toned it down at all throughout the season
Yeah, he has talent, skill and creativity. But his main problem is he loves showing-off A LOT, even more than he loves food. Sometimes it feels like he has no love or passion for food, only uses food to show off.
Canadian arrogance still milder than American arrogance if cody is in MC US he'll just be a normie villain
@@jhacedomantay5837lol
@@jhacedomantay5837Why people always comparing the Canada show to US? Cody is arrogant no matter if it’s in the US or Canada
I think he became better in later episode
After learning of Jon's death, his elimination hits very different
How did he die?!
Funny how each person the judges chose to come back excelled at that own judges egg 🥚
Rewatching this back, Cody is indeed stuck on his big ego. He knew David can cook yet he still saved him so that no one could outshined him on the challenge?
Likeee that isn’t super strategic but oh well it’s Cody.
It's actually really smart if you think about it.
If he has the skills to compete, he can put up the best dish, thus getting the first pick to make an incredible team and win the next team competition.
Which would give him immunity.
If you use your brain, you understand how this is tactical brilliance. BUT he has to have the skills to win.
Either way, in both the short term as in the long term, it's better for him to put a strong competitor on the balcony here.
cody being cody. the fact that he chose to forfeit immunity to cook with the truffle... it would've been real funny if he went home on that dish, considering that it was one of the worst ones that day.
@@V-for-Vendetta01 THISSSS is what I’m talking about like! cody kept risking himself every time & I was rooting that he got sent home with that one dish he decided to cook while he was supposed to be safe up in the gallery :/ not sure what’s up in his head other than his big ol’ ego!
They need Cody back for the drama. I still stand by Andrew being the better cook. I'm pretty sure they already had an idea to bring him back in another season based on skill, not swag.
Lyn is such a mood
Claudio complaining about TOO MUCH lobster, is one of the most rich person things I’ve ever heard
Too BIG , not too MUCH !!!!
Was an amazing journey we had with jon 😢 may he rest in peace 🕊
18:25 Bro David’s reaction 😂
Cody looks like Kai from The Vampire Diaries and kinda has the same vibe so really happy he was back.
Yeah he's good😊
David knows that Cristopher is a big threat😊
Bro Jon was really a wholesome guy. Giving people ingredients they were missing and actually playing the competition it was meant to be played by learning and improving himself. He's a real MVP
Part of me thinks cody put David there mainly out of spite for the others XD
they finally uploaded the full episodes omg
Cody always flouncing like a peacock, wait until a big cat gets him.
my deepest condolences to Jon Hameister, he died at the age of 37. Such a young age for talented cook🥺
Omg what he died!!? That’s so sad
I know he died but nowhere can I find out why
18:25 Ya know David was very lucky 😂😂
He had skills plus mother of luck by his side
18:37 he cooked and you all failed
Bro literally went home for “ Go BIG or Go HOME”😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Andrew was an amazing cook, they should've given him a chance as well along with Cody.
That's right 😢
18:26 David's reaction.
He literally said 👁️👁️
I would absolutely fail on the soft boiled egg. I put the kettle on for tea then as I’m reading my book I forget I did and think “mmm maybe I should put the water on for some tea” 😂
To think I was watching the full episodes of season 2 and was waiting for episode 10
28:24 David’s reaction
Line’s reaction to Cody coming back is pretty funny
39:21 If you pause right here, you can see the camera crew in the reflection on the left (or to Jon's right).
The joke is the chef actually screwed up the soft boiled egg
Jon's elimination hits so different once you find out he's no longer with us.
"You cooked your way back in, why are you cooking your way back out?" 😂😂
Kevin could've chosen to first break an egg tha's perfect for his poached egg and then do the omelet after, so that when he broke the last egg he got he could;ve used it for the omelet. i was actually rooting for him and Andrew. I think they are also right to be intimidated with Andrew because he was good during the previous eps.
Tbh when they were all tasting the mousse. I would be the one to have a huge bite and enjoy it Lmaoo
kevin reminds me so much of my dad he seems so sweet 🥺
5:59 david lol 😂
I love how everybody trash talking Cody then all hugged and we’re so fake when he won 😂
Difference is they don't like him. They tolerate him 😂
what I love about masterchef is that they're not only testing their cooking skills, but also leadership and management skills, that't important because running a restaurant is not only about cooking, it's a harsh business where most of them failed in the first couple weeks or months
Got a goodbye kiss❤❤
Chef Michael is sooo sweet ❤
The opposite of Joe in MasterChef US
Good for Jennifer!
9:38 David hahahahaha
I didn’t realise that Jon has died 😟
noo :( r.i.p

I don’t know much about Canadian TV show/entertainment laws. Can someone tell me what they’re censoring and why? Doesn’t seem like swearing since season 1 didn’t censor a good amount of it
Chef Michael seems like someone who would eat soft boiled eggs. Ive never met anyone who ate them.
That's why never forgotten ur mans eggs hahahaha 😂
Why did they bleep the "JUDGES " ?
Miss you john
Choosing David was the dumbest choice Cody could have made.
That's heart breaking😢 38:02
Cody should have chosen Christopher or the big dude. So they can sit out the elimination and a better cook will be eliminated
I want chef Michael to do ASMR
That's heart breaking😢 38:2
In Masterchef US one is allowed to go in and out of pantry...except in some challenges one is not allowed.
I know she's a good cook, but I just don't like Lynn's personality.
That advantage bit Cody in the butt
David is an INTJ and Cristopher is an INTP😂❤
Wait what-
What does that mean?

Did he win the MC season?
Who?
Yes
Cody's soooo handsomeeeee 😮
Just like clockwork, 6pm UK we get the latest episode of Season 2, if honest surprise we don't get more episodes a week for the entire catalogue, as while great seeing constant clips, sometimes seeing episodes we may not naturally have access to be good to watch.
Those omelettes looked like dog crap. Poached eggs are easy. Never have done a soft boiled egg. Might have to try it one weekend.
Cody is all talk
If dave choose tom yum..it will be a downfall for Cody
andrew is more annoying than cody
Can you state why do you think so? Hahaha

line and jennifer are so unbearable
god i hate line
Cody is so fine 🥰

2:27 Lynn’s reaction 😂
That mousse is garbage he should have gone with Claudio's choice that was the more technical and better flavored dish
But lobster 🦞 is so easy to get wrong. I agree though. I wanted Chef Claudio's choice. It looks amazing.
Jennifers reaction is hilarious
