Just got some trans-resveratrol 600mg (japanese knotweed) ... however, it's brown ... which is making me think if I should return it hmm. thinking supposed to be white?
Nothing 'natural' works for them. They have to be able to patent something so that the patient must get a script. Especially with Post pandemic vaccine agendas. The nano tech is patented and the body that it occupies essentially will belong to the company. it's not about health but control.
Maybe because they couldn’t replicate it and make big bucks from a pharmacy made concoction. Studies of Redox molecules were also dumped because big pharma couldn’t replicate it.
My Resveratrol is brown... I just assumed that was because of the ingredients. Japanese knotweed and grapeskin extract.. now I am wondering if it is rubbish???
Interesting that PeterAttia does not believe the Resveratrol results from David’s lab, hence the possible positive effects of it ... any feedback on that would be very interesting
I don't know what to believe. I read a bad metastudy in which the Autor was not Objektive but rather hateful. Not sure if it is the hate club David mentions or if the author was just really annoyed.
is this true that resveratrol having estrogenic effects on men ? I do not want to live longer without my mojo. some guys on reddit experiencing resveratrol as anti potent DHT even if they take 200mg per day , how the doc is coping up with 1mg per day
Well the doc doesnt seems to be the most masculine dude around.. BUT my guess is it depends on how good is your body in dumping the estrongenic hormones out of the body. Thre is a balance right. You need more male sex hormones and some female ones in your body to work properly. So if you get more female ones outside of the body, the body will reduce your own production. Just like with testoterone. Its your liver that get rid of the hormones via that galdbladder secretion. So if your liver is fucked up its not gonna be as effective in destroying the estrogenic hormones, and if your galdbladder is fucked - then you are gonna have problem literaly disposing of them. Plus - depends on your diet. You need fiber to get rid of the bile (and all that shit in it). And all the diets that are high in resveratrol (wine for lunch and dinner and maybe afternoon) - the greeks, the italians, and the french - its a very high carb, high fat, but also high in spices and salads and vegies and low on sugars. + the quality protein. So keeping your youth for longer is a complex task even if you are using some cheat codes like suplements.
@mhaas281 Are you using liposomes or were you using resveratrol at 1000 mg (which is a hepatotoxic megadose) rather than 100 mg? Did you eliminate linoleic acid? They are powerful. but even they have their upper limits
i had a heart attack in january with no high cholesterol and no high blood pressure, my doc thinks I have some inflammation and that is what caused the heart attack, I just started taking resveratrol at 250mg, hope it helps, I've also been taking metformin for about a year

Huseck Muceck so your argument against the use of resveratrol is that if you have breast cancer it may cause proliferation. I have started taking 1000mg NMN on an empty stomach and then afterwards 1000mg resveratrol either with food or yogurt....but I find that I am feeling really tired after taking the resveratrol, is this normal?
Resveratrol absolutely hates being on its own. it likes it when there's a sirtuin activator already present (exercise. fasting. NMN), It also has serious bioavailability problems on its own since the liver intercepts and purges it as a foreign agent. the 1000 mg doses you are using is a megadose.. in other words. hepatotoxic. NMN supplementation is pretty experimental at this point. There's a whole lot a person can do before even crossing that chasm... why not let the research proceed for a bit first? You also have the problem of actually sourcing real NMN in the first place.
@@FoundMyFitnessClips I saw its experimental status, but by all accounts it sounds like it makes sense to take, your vid was the only source so far that I saw that reported potential adverse. The only one I can find and use is 60mg (twice a day so 120mg total) and David has been taking a lot more. Sometimes I feel like I am just wasting money on supplements because dosages are inappropriate (too low). Same thing with D3. Recent studies (can be found here on YT) suggest that you need something like 50K IU, and we are being sold something in the lines of up to 5K IU which has no effect or insignificant effect (not to mention that the cost is not negligible for people not living in the high income countries).

Why would Glaxo ditch resveratrol research after spending much time researching resveratrol???
Nothing 'natural' works for them. They have to be able to patent something so that the patient must get a script. Especially with Post pandemic vaccine agendas. The nano tech is patented and the body that it occupies essentially will belong to the company. it's not about health but control.
Maybe because they couldn’t replicate it and make big bucks from a pharmacy made concoction. Studies of Redox molecules were also dumped because big pharma couldn’t replicate it.

is this true that resveratrol having estrogenic effects on men ?
