    Loved the practice thank you. ❤ Did miss the silence of your other classes and found it hard to hear instructions over the music

      Same for me - it’s like listening to music in a forest: both is great, but together it’s too much for me (hypersensitivity/adhd issues). And no need for tunes, your voice is so amazingly calming!! But yes, nice flow! 🙏🏻

    Hey Patrick! Thank you for the class as always! I loved the focus on the hamstrings!
    I think the music can be a nice idea, but to be honest I feel it distracts me a bit… the silent classes are usually a place of calm for me… And also, I guess that we can just play something on spotify if we want to practice with music.
    Another yoga channel I follow here on youtube usually leave their Spotify playlists for people who want to practice with music, that could be an idea!
    I hope the feedback wasn’t too annoying!

    That was an excellent blissful session! The jazz music just gets you floating in the moment but may help if the volume is turned down a notch so we can hear your calming and soothing cues. As always in deepest gratitude 💕 Peace !

    not really digging the music, it takes away from the voice, and it distracts from the quiet time at the end of the practice specially. Would be nice to practice without any more stimulation. All the time we're facing stimulation, noises, ads, it's nice to be in a space where there's no distractions or stimulations, only the breath and the practice

    • @thefoodkimist
      @thefoodkimist 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Me too I found the stimulation difficult. I take more from the practice with quiet. Still a great one for me though.

    • @muskatmagda
      @muskatmagda 2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Same here. I really enjoy and appriciate the practice but the music is kind of disdracting. Patricks calm voice guiding through the positions creates a perfekt atmosphere where it's easy to focus on the body and ones own breath.

    Loved this practice! I really enjoyed the music, it gave me a great sense of serenity, however, I couldn't hear your voice as well as I would have liked, perhaps playing with the volume, maybe a bit lower on the music and higher on your voice would be a great mix!

  • @derek-yoga
    @derek-yoga ปีที่แล้ว

    Great practice Patrick, I particularly enjoyed the one legged forward folds. Really interesting! 🙏
    Quick feedback on the technical side: The music was a bit loud and over-powering your voice. I 've practiced with you on Alo before so I know that you can lead a powerful class with just your voice! Keep it up brother. 💪

    This was a nice practice, i'm not very flexible so i had to adjust some of the movements, i think that practicing more times this class, I eventually will unlock more flexibility in my body. BTW i like more your practice without music, it distracted me and sometimes i couldn't hear you well. (just my opinion)

  • @ASRonen
    @ASRonen 2 ปีที่แล้ว +5

    As always the flow was great BUT the music is so inappropriate. It bothered me on a level that I did not intend to do this lesson ever again.
    I do not understand the decision to add it

    • @ryanwoodgate7769
      @ryanwoodgate7769 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Great video as usual, thanks for all your work! ... I did find the music difficult too, I found it a bit aggravating. I normally repeat you videos often but would find it hard to repeat this one just because of the music. Maybe more yoga type music would be better, although I think just silence is great too - that means people can chose their own background music if they want.
      Thanks again though, great practice!
