My congratulations! I’m struggling with secondary infertility myself. I'm so sorry you've also faced it. I read some of the comments under videos about secondary infertility and it breaks my heart to see replies like "You don't actually have it" or "Just give it to God" or "When you least expect it it will happen". I get such responses a lot. I understand some ppl just want to say something so we'd feel better. But I should say it doesn't really work... Sometimes people would say “stop worrying about it and it will happen,” but you know, that’s just a thing that people say. I was told pretty the same stuff when I just had a failed IVF cycle. Same when I had a miscarriage. But here’s nothing they can say. Anyway, stories like yours make me believe it will happen for us one day. Going abroad to have a cycle with donor eggs. Fingers crossed!

Thank you so much for sharing this video and congratulations on your rainbow baby! My story is very similar to yours; I had a perfectly normal pregnancy and had my daughter in 2017. Decided to start trying again January 2020 and fell pregnant straight away, but sadly lost that pregnancy. Lost another in May 2020 and now again going through another loss. 3 in total. I don't understand because we were able to have our daughter with no problems whatsoever! Would love to hear what you did differently for your rainbow baby. xx

Your story sounds like mine. I’ve had 3 healthy kids. My last one was born in 2017. Started trying in February 2020 and since then have had 4 chemical pregnancies. I’m so defeated. Trying not to lose hope. I’ve had tests come back normal and HSG normal. I’m thinking it might be killer cells. Have you had any luck since you posted this? I’m sorry about your situation. It’s terrible to go through this so many times.
Thank you so much for sharing this. This is so relatable and similar to my experience🥺 Plus You’ve also filled this video with so much helpful information. Thank you and wishing you all the best 💛😘
Thank you for sharing your story. I am currently going through a miscarriage at 12 weeks, I was in so much pain and I couldn't sit down at 5 weeks and 3 days and I went to the hospital for a check up, my GP reffered me to another doctor for scans as she suspected an ectopic (I had an ectopic last year and had my left tube removed) Doctor I was sent to said it was an inappropriate refferal and everything was fine, I had constant spotting and cramps ever since I got pregnant this past Friday when I was just relaxing at home I started bleeding and had contractions, I opted for an expantant miscarriage so I stayed at home, on Saturday I had water come out and I rushed to the bathroom and something the size of a fist came out followed by white tissue, yesterday the bleeding became very light with no clots today it's a light red watery spotting, with less clotting, and pain has eased, I don't have morning sickness and my brests are no longer painful. I would like to know if this is the process you went through also and after how long should I go for a scan to see if all the tissue is out, also would you recommend stress relief baths to relax my body? Also since not a lot of clotting came out is it possible that I might still pass some clotting or maybe I am passing clotting without noticing when I use the bathroom? After your miscarriages are there any foods or supplements that you took to boost your system? I would appreciate your response.
I'm so sorry for all you are going through at the moment. Yes, that does sound very similar to what I experienced. The bleeding and clotting could last a couple of weeks but it's different for everyone. The advice I was given is to take a pregnancy test after two weeks and if it is negative, that means all the tissue has come out and your hormone levels are back down. If it's positive or if you continue to bleed for a prolonged period of time then you need to seek medical advice because you could have retained tissue. Obviously I can't give medical advice - just sharing what I was told ❤️ If you have a look at my channel playlists, you'll find one for miscarriage support, where I have other videos including what we did after the miscarriages to support a successful pregnancy. Sending you lots of love.
Its really heartbreaking. I recently underwent 3rd mc this time every thing was fine but at 11 wks i found babies heart stopped beating. Waiting for my rainbow baby🤲😥
Hi hun, thank you soo much for making this video and congratulations on your rainbow baby, it really gives me hope. I have just experienced my 5th early loss 🙄 me and my partner have been tested for everything and all came back ok. I am considering asking for a referral to a specialist again as it has been a couple of years since I was last ttc. I have been told I can get prescribed progesterone next time I get pregnant (didn’t have chance to this time as i miscarried really early ☹️ ) but I would love to know what your protocol was so i can perhaps try myself or speak to my GP, sometimes I feel we are more of an expert in this field than they are ! Thank you xxxx
I am so very sorry for your losses. It doesn't get any easier does it. Even more difficult for you having no answers from testing. There will be a video this Friday explaining everything we did differently for our successful pregnancy, including information on progesterone. Hopefully that will help to answer your questions xx
Hi Jo. I have a new video on what we did differently to have a successful pregnancy after our losses. Just sharing in case you would like to watch! th-cam.com/video/t5AV1-Ow-WM/w-d-xo.html
Thank you so much for this video. I have had 2 concurrent miscarriages after a previous healthy pregnancy and haven't seen my gp about them so I will be doing that now! I have opted to get private bloods done to try and see if there is something causing my losses at 5 weeks before we try again as I'm not sure I can take it emotionally.
Just when I thought I was in the clear and started telling people I'm pregnant on the 1st of January. On the 2nd of January I felt my waters go at 15 +5. Rushed to A&E to still see a heartbeat but no amniotic fluid. The doctors have told me I'm miscarrying currently and nature will take its cause. This is my 2nd, 2nd trimester miscarriage and 3rd miscarriage in a row. I just feel lost and numb. I don't know if I can put myself through this. I don't have any children and the last 3 years of trying have been soul destroying. How do you keep hoping, keep trying and tell family friends youve miscarried again?
Thank you, Hannah. I really have found that the best way (for me) to process it all is to talk about it. I hope it makes other women feel less alone if it happens to them too xx
Hey Sophie I live in India and I had tears in my eyes while watching this video. Everything u shared is so relatable. We tried in dec 2018 and in jan we got +ive test. I had a missed miscarriage at 9 weeks and i was about to go for my 12 week scan. We found out that we had lost the baby almost 20 days ago. 😔 I knew something was wrong coz even i did the 'toilet ppr test'. Doc told us to wait for 6 months at least. We tried again in aug 2020 and got preg immediately. Lost the baby at 6 weeks inspite of being on strong medication (aspirin, progesterone and hcg). I am too scared to try again coz i think m gonna lose my mind now.
Hi lovely. I know that this is an older video but could I please ask if during any of these pregnancies your GP was testing your hcg and progesterone via blood? It almost sounds to me that your progesterone could have been low possibly? I just went through second and this time they tested my progesterone and it was very bad.
Thank you for sharing. On loss #4 (first was chemical after not falling pregnant for 1.5 years) after the first we fell pregnant very quickly and easily for the consecutive pregnancies. It’s the second Christmas season in a row dealing with this loss. Last time was complete this time it was a MMC and I had to take pills. It’s so nice to hear stories from other people, I wish people found the reasons and shared them. It’s hard to find any possible answers online for recurring loss.
Hi Sophie, I lost my first baby today at week 8 of pregnancy. I’m 39 in USA. My obgyn recommended us to try again after one successful period cycle but she didn’t mention about taking low dose aspirin and other medication you mentioned in this video. I wonder if I had taken these two along with my prenatal vitamin, our baby not lost? Pls help me give advices. Thank you!
I just had the 4th miscarriages and am so confused..just wish I could know the cause and get my system strong and fit to carry baby to full term. I have 2 girls 8 and 5 years olds..
I have had 5 miscarriage due to incomplete service,i use cerlage on one yet it faird i am planning for another pregnancy know please advise me what to do ma
I noticed you have less hair at few places on your head. Have you ever had your hormonal check? (unless it is a hair loss after pregnancy which I suffered, too and hair was nearly falling in hundreds) Just to calm down possibly worrying to be mothers - I was also not sick when I was expecting my baby (in oppose to my 1st time when I did have hyperemesis gravidarum) and by the end of 11th week I bled after I had gone to the toilet. I called my doctor, came to his office immediately, got progesteron pills (I think it was progesteron), took them for some time and everything was ok. So don't pick up on the same symptoms as they can mean something completely different with each one of us. Bleeding really doesn't need to be the end of everything but of course it's crucial to get check asap.
How much do we bleed for miscarriage? I lost my baby in 16 weeks pregnant. Then I bleed for 2.5 weeks and now I have spotting for like more than 3 weeks. Is it normal? Do you have experience with spotting?
Yes of course, I will add it to my list f videos to film in the future. I imagine you are going through the same difficulties. Sending you lots of love.
No I wasn't taking anything before my BFP (to be honest, that month we were barely trying because I was so fed up with it all and I knew we had been referred). As soon as I found out I was pregnant, I contacted the GP and then as we were seeing the consultant at the hospital anyway, we kept the appointment and he was able to prescribe medication for me. I was on progesterone and aspirin until 36 weeks. We also had very regular scans - every week until 12 weeks and then every 4 weeks until 38 weeks. Xx
So sorry for your losses. Your situation is so similar to mine right now. I’ve been googling videos all morning, I got a positive pregnancy test but it’s been a few days and the test line has not got any darker. I have an appt Tues, I’m going to ask for progesterone and aspirin. Was your progesterone in pill form? When did you start taking it exactly? I’m only 4wks today so I hope I’m not too late. Your success story has given me so much hope please do a follow up!
@@sweetNsourish I'm sorry that you're in such limbo at the moment. A test not getting darker doesn't necessarily mean anything bad though. Tests all have different amounts of dye in them so you shouldn't really compare one to the other (although I know this is impossible obviously!). The good thing is that the line isn't getting lighter. When my lines got lighter, it was drastically different and very noticeable. I would advise as much as you can to just step away from the tests. I know it's hard and I've been there, believe me, but you will only serve to make yourself more anxious. In my successful sixth pregnancy I took TWO tests! One test to confirm that I was pregnant (and this was after my missed period which was VERY restrained compared to how I had been before) and then one a few days later. Then I stepped away. No digitals at all. I learned the hard way that it won't make any difference to the overall outcome and you will just end up torturing yourself and spending far too much money. So, CONGRATULATIONS on your pregnancy! Because, you are pregnant right now and that's all that matters. ❤️ Going to the doctors sounds like a good plan for next week. The progesterone I took was in suppository form. Not the most pleasant and it gave me some rubbish side effects but we're willing to do whatever it takes aren't we! Try and ask to get an early scan too. Keep in touch and let me know how it goes. I'll be thinking of you. ❤️❤️
Hi Chelsea. I started progesterone and low-dose aspirin at 6 weeks. I am planning on filming a treatment plan and 'what we did differently' video next week, so hopefully that will be useful xx
Sophie Pickles thank you for the reply! I subscribed. Looking forward to that video. I have 2 healthy living kids that were so easy to conceive. We’ve been trying for #3 for 9 months now. I’ve had 3 chemical/early miscarriages all before 5 weeks. Progesterone came back level 3.3 at 4 weeks pregnant. So low. I’m hoping the progesterone suppositories will help keep a sticky baby next time we conceive.💜
Aw thanks Chelsea ♥️ I really hope next time is the time for you now that you know that progesterone might be the issue. My consultant had me take them until 36 weeks so we wouldn't risk anything happening. It definitely felt good to have help on side for that last (and successful) pregnancy. Keeping everything crossed for you xx

So sorry to hear about your losses. Praying you can have a healthy whole pregnancy soon!!
Currently going through my third miscarriage thank you for making this video
I'm so sorry Hannah. Sending you so much love. It's the toughest thing in the world. I hope beyond hope that it's your last and that you're not in too much physical pain. I made a follow video just last week with the treatment plan we were given for our successful pregnancy. I'll link it below in case you haven't seen it xx

Hi Chelsea. I have a new video on what we did differently to have a successful pregnancy after our losses. Just sharing in case you would like to watch! th-cam.com/video/t5AV1-Ow-WM/w-d-xo.html

Sending you lots of love x
@SophiePickles bless you, I'm so very very sorry for your loss of babies, I'm very atune to women's emotions and childbearing instinct, I'm also very loving and broody and protective of children and I can't stand seeing babies and children becoming unwell or heaven forbid passing over the rainbow bridge.
Have a blessed day and stay safe and well everyone 👋
Thank you so much for sharing this video and congratulations on your rainbow baby! My story is very similar to yours; I had a perfectly normal pregnancy and had my daughter in 2017. Decided to start trying again January 2020 and fell pregnant straight away, but sadly lost that pregnancy. Lost another in May 2020 and now again going through another loss. 3 in total. I don't understand because we were able to have our daughter with no problems whatsoever! Would love to hear what you did differently for your rainbow baby. xx
I'm so sorry for your losses and for what you are currently going through. It's the most difficult and isolating time. Sending you huge hugs. I have actually made a video on everything we did when we finally had our successful pregnancy. You can watch it here: th-cam.com/video/t5AV1-Ow-WM/w-d-xo.html
This is so relatable and similar to my experience🥺
Plus You’ve also filled this video with so much helpful information.
Obviously I can't give medical advice - just sharing what I was told ❤️
If you have a look at my channel playlists, you'll find one for miscarriage support, where I have other videos including what we did after the miscarriages to support a successful pregnancy.
Sending you lots of love.
Its really heartbreaking. I recently underwent 3rd mc this time every thing was fine but at 11 wks i found babies heart stopped beating. Waiting for my rainbow baby🤲😥
I'm so sorry for your loss. Sending you lots of love. Xx
Thank you so much for your willingness to share your testimonies 💕
❤ Thank you for watching. Xx
You are the sweetest, so happy for you 💞
Oh that's so lovely. Thank you! ❤
I’m on miscarriages right watching this feels crying inside 3 weeks pregnant suddenly got heavy bleeding last night scared and don’t know what to do😢
Thank you for sharing your story ❤️
Thank you, Hannah. I really have found that the best way (for me) to process it all is to talk about it. I hope it makes other women feel less alone if it happens to them too xx
Thanks for sharing your story!
Same story 3 losses and im afraid of being pregnant again 💔
More power to you.. please don't lose hope
Hey, how are you doing now…???
@@canikitavaidya doing good.... currently 31w pregnant with twins (IVF)
@@prats9211 congratulations. We're you on any medication during this pregnancy
I hope I get my 🌈 👶🏼 🙏🏽 this time 😢
Keeping everything crossed for you 🙏 ❤
Thank you so much for sharing this❤️

I have androgenic alopecia xx
How much do we bleed for miscarriage? I lost my baby in 16 weeks pregnant. Then I bleed for 2.5 weeks and now I have spotting for like more than 3 weeks. Is it normal? Do you have experience with spotting?
So what happened at the infertility clinic ???
Thank u for sharing♥️ please can you make a follow-up video of the treatment🙏🏻🙏🏻?
Did you take progesterone before bfp?
With your recent pregnancy (Which I see you got your rainbow baby) how soon did you start the progesterone?
@@SophiePickles hi I had 2 belated ovum at 7 weeks both no baby seen just a empty sac and I miscarry . I have also premature baby he is healthy 4 years now. I don’t know if I start progestone before pregnant because they see only empty sac my last two miscarriages
Than u for sharing.
Can I ask a question please if I may. Do you think you can have a healthy/successful pregnancy and not have many symptoms? I am in the early stages of pregnancy (9 weeks) with no symptoms and slightly worried. Just not sure whether you meant no symptoms always equals something is wrong? X

I'm so sorry for your losses. I would recommend that you go and speak to a doctor and ask for tests to see if there could be an underlying reason why you keep having miscarriages. Xx
Reduce your stress. Stress causes miscarriages.
@@livinia296 There is no evidence that stress causes miscarriage. That's a dangerous myth to perpetuate, as it makes women feel guilt for something entirely out of their control.
