Labor breathing helped me a lot. I didn’t take pills or anything because I was too much focused on my breathing instead. It was a constant pain for me that lasted 2 hours. I ended up falling asleep to my breathing while in pain. Yes, it felt like labor pains. Now Im 16 weeks pregnant with my rainbow. 🌈✨

I miscarried yesterday at home in the same exact way. I have a lot of guilt for flushing the toilet. I kind of knew what it was but I didn’t. My partner and I looked at it. I wish we did give it some form of a burial. When I went to the ER the ultrasound showed there was nothing left in my uterus so that just confirmed what we saw was the remains. This was our first pregnancy and whereas I’m grateful I didn’t experience much physical pain this is still so painful. Prayers to all of us and our partners. They are hurting just as much because in a way we got more time with our babies. Sending my love and receptive of of yours ❤❤❤

I lost two pregnancies, both in the first trimesters. Now I'm 25 weeks pregnant waiting for my first baby to be born. So excited! I remember though feeling hopeless and not being sure I would want to try again... I lost my pregnant last on 1st of sep how can i wait to have another pregnant
Currently going through my 2nd miscarriage at 7 weeks. The first one was a “chemical” right after I found out I was pregnant. This one is different, we had time to tell family, time to enjoy being pregnant (as I found out early around 3.5 weeks) I was spotting for around a week and got blood work that didn’t look good, started bleeding and several clots more bloodwork that day revealed start of miscarriage at 7w2days. Praying this is over soon as I believe I passed a large amount of tissue a few hours ago. One day I will have my rainbow baby. As of right now we have two beautiful babies in heaven.
I was happy to read your comment because I too am currently going through my second miscarriage and it was a chemical as well, but our first miscarriage was when we were 8 weeks.... so hard to go through at any point. I'm trying to make awareness for it on my channel.

Experienced a miscarriage four days ago. Had no idea what to expect and whether it was a miscarriage, so I went to ER to have it checked out. At ER I felt an urgent need to go to the bathroom, and suddenly big pieces of what seems like liver just came out of me..as if it dropped out. At this moment I knew. This carried on for 8 hours of which the cramps got worse and closer together (as with contractions assumedly). I started feeling dizzy due to blood loss and had extreme pain before they took me to theatre. As with you Sophie, I felt numb afterwards. Thereafter, I could not stop crying and allowing myself to grieve. At the age of 45, this would have been our first baba. Hoping it is not too late. Wished I had seen your vid prior, thanks Sophie. x
I’m currently having my first early miscarriage, waiting on it being confirmed tomorrow by an ultrasound. I’ve never felt so lonely and scared. Your video has given all the information in such a kind and understanding way. Thank you ❤️

Thank you so much for this video. We learned this morning that our baby’s heart beat has slowed to a nonviable rate at 7 weeks and miscarriage is imminent. We go back on Tuesday for a follow up ultrasound but they don’t anticipate finding a heartbeat by then. They’ll likely have us wait to miscarry naturally at home and will talk options for a D&C if things don’t progress on their own. I’m terrified for the inevitable and the grief is unbearable. This is my 1st pregnancy and 1st loss at 6wks. I really don’t know or just feel anything. I’ve suffered so much loss I just feel numb to it. It still hurts but I try not to think about it too much, if I do I try to think of something positive about the situational although it’s not much but it helps a little. Everyone wants me to grieve but I’m so tired of grieving I just want to go through it pray about it, if I decide to do something about it I’ll do it and then move forward and hopefully try again with success. Eventually I’ll try again I’m optimistic about it. Miscarriage is a difficult topic and everyone’s experience is different but I do love that in all we can almost talk to each other and support each other. I hope not to offend anybody at all. I wish the best for all of you. I pray for your strength, healthy recovery, and more. ❤️

Thanks for your sharing. Mine first one just passed out this morning. It was an extremely painful experience. I decided to let it pass naturaly because I don't like surgery or any unnatural way to deal with my body. I saw some ppl had better passing experience with much less pain. Lucky them. Mine was totally the opposite. I was calling God the whole time cause it's unbearable. But after a few hours heavy bleeding and cramping, it finally came out. Now I took my day off and lying on the bed. I decided to lying on bed for three days. It's tough. And it definitely can be a life-death situation if you are not strong or healthy enough. Pls we need to learn to take care ourselves.
My wife just lost our 11 week pregnancy and we're mentally destroyed. We just got married and that was our first baby. I wouldn't wish that to anyone 😭😭😭😭

Oh lovely, I'm so so sorry. Sending you the biggest virtual hug. The emotional trauma mixed with the physical pain is one of the hardest and cruelest things to experience. Make sure you speak to someone if you think there are too many clots.
Give yourself this time to grieve for your baby. Lots of chocolate, tissues and whatever else you need to make yourself even a little more comfortable ❤

@@209fabiana The blood clots stopped after 5 hours. But the bleeding stopped after 2 weeks. I miscarried naturally, with no medical intervention. Exactly a month after this, I got my period.

It's really hard when everyone around you is pregnant and having babies. I know exactly how you feel. I had to watch one friend carry on her pregnancy after I had lost my baby. We were supposed to be due just a few weeks apart. It was really hard to continue to be a good friend and deal with my own feelings at the same time. Sending you lots of love. @@judymienarzoles4278 It's very common. It's because the pregnancy hormones cam take some time to leave your system, even after the miscarriage. I was advised by my doctor to take a test two weeks after the start of the miscarriage to check that it is negative. If it's still positive, you may have some retained pregnancy tissue so will need to seek medical advice. If it's negative at two weeks then you know it is ok to start trying to conceive again, as long as there are no other medical issues xx

This is my first pregnancy, I’m 6 weeks and I’ve been bleeding for 4 days. On the third day the bleeding and heavy clotting happened and that’s when I went to the hospital and they said I was having a miscarriage. It’s crazy how you mentioned that not taking medication to feel the connection because that’s what ive been doing and my bf didn’t understand me when I said I wanted to feel the pain. Thanks so much for this video it is really helpful. I am currently waiting for my natural miscarriage to happen and the not knowing when is so hard. But hearing from you what I might be going through soon is scary but also relieving. I am scared though I would not see the difference between the cloths and the little embryo because I might want to save it to give it a proper goodbye. I have had 5 miscarriages in total, my first ever pregnancy ended in loss, then I had my rainbow baby boy.
I had my second miscarriage, then another Rainbow baby boy.
And now in the last three months, i have had 3 miscarriages or "chemical pregnancy" as it is commonly known as, back to back, and I am beside myself and feel quite desperate and hopeless at the moment.
But your story gives me hope, and I was unaware that I can receive referrals here in the UK after 3 or more losses.
The doctor I spoke with today simple told me "it's one of those things and it happens to lots of women, and just to take another pregnancy test in a week or two to make sure I have definitely lost the pregnancy" I just sobbed my heart out after that phone call, a little compassion would have made all the difference.
I am truly blessed to have my two beautiful boys and never want to seem ungrateful, but it still hurts none the less doesn't it ladies?

My gestional sac was empty... I start crying in the hospital and the nurse was almost crying too. I was sent home just to wait for all to pass naturally... it was hell. The pain is terrible. In my opinion is very unfair that abortion clinics remove and kill a baby alive. But when the baby is dead inside of you they just send u home to pass it naturally..... 😡 anyway it's been 2 days... I have terrible back pain and when I pee I feel like my ovaries are going to drop 😓😓😓😓

I am going through this right now for the first time. I appreciate your honesty and for sharing such a personal journey. I somehow feel less alone so know that you're helping a lot. I just don't know if I could survive going through this again. I wonder how you were able to keep trying, especially after multiple losses. I want to try again but I'm paralyzed with fear. Currently experiencing my first one at 5 weeks, I just found out about 3 weeks ago that I was pregnant. Hi. I’m watching your video right now as I’m in the bath tub crying my eyes out. I just passed my gestational sac around 3PM and the bleeding calmed down a few hours later. I don’t know how I feel and this is my first miscarriage. I have a 6 year old who is healthy and I am so grateful for. But this is just hurting me so badly and I feel so alone. I don’t think anyone around me really understands how I have been truly feeling. My body feels broken and I feel so sad over it. I get told to just appreciate the child I have, I get told that it was too early to be a real child, that it’s only 6 weeks. I’m trying to push it in my own head that science is science and maybe this was a good thing it happened, but nothing in my mind can justify it and I don’t want to. I'm so so sorry. You are allowed to feel devastated and heartbroken. It doesn't matter that you were 'only' 6 weeks, it was still your baby. If you feel up to it, have a read through some of the comments and know that you're not alone. Look after yourself and remember that you need time to grieve. Sending you a big hug xx

I am currently going through my first pregnancy/miscarriage right now! And I cried the first day all day but after that I've noticed that I have a need to stare into space and I'm going through the pain with no meds bc I don't want to not feel the pain. It hurts so much to loose a baby that tou didn't get to meet and you were so happy waiting for that day to carry them. I am not mad or angry because I know GOD has his plans and everything happens for a reason and we will wait with open arms on our rainbow🌈 baby!

Thank you for sharing your story and I'm sorry we have endured this journey with many others. Thank you for being so open and brave in sharing your experiences. This is my first miscarriage 😔 and my OB GYN was not as empathetic to the situation. I just don't know what to expect now that its going on week 3 and I started having tiny clots and dark colored mixed with bright red color discharge. But I will find a new provider to assist me with next appointment after lab work. Thank you 😊

Thank you for sharing your story , your video was so helpful. This is my second pregnancy and at my first ultrasound appointment they told me there was no heartbeat. I’m going back in a week and half for another ultrasound to be sure. I’m still in shock and the doctor just sent me home without explaining what to expect. I’m currently just resting but had no idea what aI would go through. You explained everything. I’m still hopeful that maybe my pregnancy wasn’t so far along to hear a heartbeat but I’m torn since the doctor said she was almost sure it was a miscarriage.

This is the .most. supportive and informational video I have seen on miscarriage. I am currently in the middle of my own and find myself wondering why the hell my midwife didn't tell me any of this. They offered me a pill or the d&c, but I opted to wait to see if I would pass naturally instead. I have googled over and over again to find this kind of information and just happened upon this video. Thank you SO much for your honesty and sincerity in explaining the process and all the details. I am, honestly, terrified of the coming pain, but having some kind of idea is better than what my midwife left me with. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

That is really kind of you to share your experiences and what you’ve learned. I just experienced a miscarriage and I thought that something else was wrong with me. It was scary. But I’m 42 and didn’t expect that any of my eggs would be viable anymore. Well, not really. It looks like I still need to be on birth control. I had no idea that I was pregnant. I am going through a miscarriage right now at 5 weeks. Bleeding a lot with clots, and intense cramps. This video described it very well! I am sad and just taking this week out for myself. A lot of my friends and family wanna hang out this week and I just can’t and I almost feel like they don’t understand. It’s really hard to explain what it is to go through it it makes you feel so alone no matter how many people you talk to you about it, you know that you are dealing with this alone with your body.

What helped me allot with the cramps while miscarriage was to run a hot bath , that did so much wonder for me, I was literally exhausted and almost passed out so the warm
Bath made me
fall asleep and kept me relaxed, it was a crime scene real blood bath but I made it, I would never wish this on my worst enemy, it makes me affraid to try again for another baby. ❤
Can’t blame you I am going through my 2nd miscarriage I thought this one was it but sadly no I am not looking forward to this whole ordeal again so I am taking a break from ttc and give my mind body and soul some rest what I recommend I would go get your chromosomes checked the same with your partner the cause for miscarriage they say it has to do with chromosome abnormalities that’s what I am going to do so I won’t go through that a 3rd time or 4th time and end up with one birth? nope i want a family
