      Another way to clean the spray bottle nozzles is to keep an empty spray bottle. Just add warm water and and transfer the sprayer. That way I don't waste the solutions and keep everything ready to go. Just remember to prime the sprayer to remove the water.

    Great video Pan, I really like that it encompasses pretty much everything in one video, well done! I'm sure many people were looking for a video like this and it's great to see your response to the community by making it. I always clean all my tools and equipment immediately as well and keep everything in its proper place neatly sorted and stowed, though I have only a fraction of all the things you have 😅 One thing I also do with polishing pads is while I'm working on the car is bring a bucket with an MFX/Multi X solution to dunk pads in while I switch to a fresh one and continue working. Then after the job is done, which sometimes takes hours, I do a proper clean of all of them. Makes cleaning them after a finished job much easier 👍

    • @PanTheOrganizer
      @PanTheOrganizer  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      An all purpose cleaner can be used for pretty much cleaning everything both inside and outside the vehicle. Wheels, tires, plastics, rubber, engine bay components, etc. For the dilutions, that depends which one you buy. Always follow the instructions on the label of the product you are buying. They usually give the recommended dilutions based on which task you are performing.

I also will rinse my buckets and then dry them with a multipurpose microfiber towel. I usually clean my pads by hand, but I am thinking of buying a pad cleaning system. @@PanTheOrganizer Hello Pan and good morning to you. Living in SoCal is a both treat and a challenge. Traffic is definitely famous here; as well as, Santa Ana wind events, wild fires, earthquakes and such. I love the weather as a whole though. As far as drought restrictions, the Governor has asked, as a whole, that we reduce our water consumption. But, locally, we have had none imposed. Northern California (NoCal or NorCal) has had some harsh implementation. Now though it is raining and snowing, we await the summer months.

    • @PanTheOrganizer
      @PanTheOrganizer  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That really depends if you are buying an APC that can be diluted or not, as some are "RTU" meaning ready-to-use out of the bottle and can't be diluted.
      If you get an APC that you can dilute, read the instructions on the label to see what ratios they recommend for light or heavy duty use, and I typically use a light duty dilution unless the tools are extra disgusting, then I switch to heavy.

      Do you have any recommendations for the dilutions I should use when cleaning those tools while using SuperClean as my APC? If not, totally understand, and thank you for getting back w me so fast! Again, my apologies for not seeing this sooner.

    I also coat my garden hose with 303 to protect it and keep it flexible since it spends some time in the sun when I am using it. I hand wash my microfibre towels after letting them soak overnight. I don't want those chemicals in my machine. If it isn't safe for my hands then it isn't good for my body. Did that once and then had to run the machine through a bunch of wash cycles to get the scents out while wasting water. It's time consuming but I don't have to worry about possible skin irritation for my kids. An old washer or a small washer just for the garage stuff is probably the best bet.
