soundcore Boom 2 | The Bluetooth outdoor bass wonder wants to annoy the big boys at a low price

- Anker is mainly known to me as a manufacturer of charging and battery accessories, but with soundcore it has also had an audio division for some time that wants to annoy the big players in the industry for little money. With the latest product, the Boom 2, this should be even more successful than with previous devices. With its powerful bass, controllable light effects and IPX7 rating, the Bluetooth speaker is ideally suited for outdoor parties and, with its 24-hour battery life, should provide enough power for even the most extravagant parties.
The already prominent bass can be boosted from 60 watts to 80 watts with BassUp 2.0, which raises the Boom 2 even more into the regions of significantly more expensive competitor products.
Thanks to the central subwoofer, which is flanked by two tweeters on the right and left, soundcore promises excellent stereo sound that won't break up even if you accidentally drop the Boom 2 in the pool. The support of PartyCast 2.0 and TWS guarantees you an even better stereo experience if you link 2 Boom 2s together and can therefore cover an even larger area.
In my opinion, the integrated power bank is also nice to have, which only provides USB-A with 5V/1A, but at least offers a supporting function for your smartphone as a music source.
Finally, after the 24-hour party marathon, you don't need to be shocked by the darkness, because the integrated light not only allows you to conjure up great lighting effects, if you like, but also guides you out of the dark park.

Schönes Video, Danke. Ich habe meinen gestern bekommen mit den Earbuds Sport X10 kostenlos dabei. Nach dem ersten kurzen Test ist der Speaker echt super. Meinen Teufel Boomster kann er natürlich nicht ersetzen, aber den schleppe ich auch nicht ins Bad oder an den See, da ist er mir zu schade.

Ja, denke das Konzept ist Outdoor und dort halt eben stabil und wasserdicht. Dazu noch ein guter Sound und das für den Preis ist ein faires Angebot - gerade mit den zusätzlichen Kopfhörern in Kombi.
Wieder ein sehr interessantes Video, danke dafür. Weißt du eventuell, ob man den Boom 2 mit dem Vorgänger Motion Boom koppeln kann?
Ich glaube das geht nicht, müsste ich mich aber noch mal schlau machen.
