Excellent video Charlotte and Shawn from the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge along with taking in the fantastic views across the city. We also check out the beautiful Darling Harbour and enjoy the Luna New Year celebrations! keep the good videos coming on the Sanbrooke Adventures, Charlotte, and Shawn.
The current bridge climb prices are ridiculously expensive. I thought £70-80 with an included certificate and cap was pricey back in 2008 when I did it, more than twice that now!
I've said it before and i will say it again, Sydney Harbour looks beautiful and the Sydney Harbour Bridge is very impressive to look at from a distance & up close as well.
My daughter and her husband walked over the top of the bridge 20 years ago when doing a 15 month world tour before children arrived. They still say what a great experience it was with unbelievable views. Not for me as I don’t have a head for heights. Great to watch you stroll across and all those interesting facts about it. Great location for those wedding photos. Darling Harbour was a fun place to enjoy the Lunar. New Year. The water jet pack performers were very impressive, then fireworks to end the evening.
I walk across the Bridge into the city quite frequently. The red brick building with the white cross in Milson's Point is St Aloysius College, where I went to school.
Did you know that during the planning of building a bridge, they even budget for getting new employees, because they anticipate that some will die in the process? 😱 Sounds morbid, but it's reality, unfortunately. 😰Rip for those that perished. Amazing show at the end!! 🤩Thank you so much for letting us come with you on your amazing trip!! 🥰🤩🥰
Cheers and thanks for sharing this adventure, really enjoyed & look forward to seeing both your future adventures. Loved the fireworks, performers on water flying jets. Looked epic lol. Wish we had something like this in summer 2023 firework displays lol in the UK. But doubt it will happen lol. But yeah, good vlog, really enjoyed again and look forward to seeing more in future. 😀👍
I did the bridge climb when I went and I can definitely recommend it, it was amazing and they take your photo at the top with the Opera house in the background, I have it on my book shelf on display. It is funny though they have to check you aren’t drunk before going up. 😂
I love the sight seeing videos on The Sandbrooke Adventures , just as much as the Vlogs on Theme Park Worldwide. I found them really helpful when i visited london and saw stuff that i might not have known to look fof if i hadnt watched the vlogs such as the great fire of london monument. I hope that one day i can visit other places in the world such as Australia, Asia. I would LOVE to go to Singapore especially when the F1 is on too! A dream trip for me.
Sticky is a famous candy store that make lots of lolly’s and hard candy like our great seaside rock, they also have a TH-cam channel and Facebook page where it shows them making the sweets.
The ferry's can take you to many exciting destinations among them Manley Beach, Cockatoo Island and a trip up the Parramatta River to Parramatta past the site of the Olympic games and under the bridge.
Shawn, They had big construction equipment when the bridge was built, it was well into the industrial age!!!! The twentieth Century is not ancient times:) Brooklyn Bridge 1883!!! Tower Bridge, 1894......Sydney Harbour Bridge 1922... It's recent...
Hi there just some info on the bridge the last tall pylon you walked through before leaving the bridge were you saw the info signs is a lookout at the top called the pylon lookout it's totally worth seeing next time your here.
Wonderful lunar new years celebration! Those water jet packs were so cool especially when they were flipping. I thought they were balloons at first then realized they were people haha
Wow guys what a great video, would love to do that one day, along with the Opera House tour. It wouldn't bother me about the cost but the Bridge Climb would be top of my list. Thank you so much for the great content both, not jealous in the slightest.
Hi shawn and Charlotte Wow amazing bridge great engineering feat . You will find it European as we sent all our prisoners there so that's the influence. The rock you were eating they have there own youtube where you can watch them make it. Beautiful show thanks for sharing with us. Love to you both as always Tracey 💕 xxxx
Ah Sydney, my second home city, after London. That area, after you crossed over the bridge, is called the Rocks, lots of nice shops, and places to eat, same at Darling Harbour. It's a beautiful city, did you both get the chance to check out the iconic Bondi Beach, or Manly?
Thank you for watching! Check out our vlog from the Sydney Opera House here ➡th-cam.com/video/5y3nJsXW6nY/w-d-xo.html
Hope you both had a nice time also. Thanks for taking us viewers along with you 😃

It’s the best walk.
Fort Dennison to the left of the Sydney Opera House was built in 1841. It’s a small island in the middle of the harbour.
for you brits, that bridge was built in middlesborough and assembled out here . a giant mechano set.

My mother and father in law climbed to the summit of the sydney harbour bridge in 2009 when they was over their visiting family

You must have felt like a prisoner of Alcatraz while walking over that bridge.

Hi there just some info on the bridge the last tall pylon you walked through before leaving the bridge were you saw the info signs is a lookout at the top called the pylon lookout it's totally worth seeing next time your here.
The highest point of the bridge would be the equivalent of a roller coaster top hat
Wonderful lunar new years celebration! Those water jet packs were so cool especially when they were flipping. I thought they were balloons at first then realized they were people haha

It’s a great area! We didn’t unfortunately!
Awesome
Awesome video
Thank you!
Amazing stuff, were those people in the 🥵 tub moving or was that a billboard sign? Steady camera work
Jeremy Clarkson tried them water jets on the grand tour season 1 in Barbados, episode 10 xxx
I think walking over the top of the bridge is more for the experience than the views.
We may have to give it a try next time!
👍👍
Apart from the bridge what was your best about sightseeing in Sydney
The harbour itself
what about iron bridge shropshire. the first ever 😂
Maybe it’s just the lighting but Charlotte looks seriously sunburned in this video, I hope she’s ok now!
