The yellow and green boats are called Ferries... Going to Manly is very popular as is Taronga Zoo. Walk through botanical gardens on a Sunday. Shame you didnt have a nice day...need the blue sky for you life long album...
Hi shawn and Charlotte Wow how lovely is Sydney. I had no idea that the opera house was separate building's. You find out something new everyday. Great vlog really enjoyed it. Thanks for sharing with us love to you both as always Tracey 💕 xxxx
Excellent video Charlotte and Shawn from around the afternoon exploring the beautiful Sydney Harbour in Australia. We take a stroll around this world-famous destination along with checking out the amazing architecture of the Sydney Opera House! keep the good videos coming on the channel, I can't write to see the next video non the Sanbrooke Adventures.
Great to see Sydney again. Had dinner here 3:07, On 27th Nov 22. There was a big lightning storm. The waitress was terrified and we could see people up on the bridge still climbing it with lightning flashing all around them.
Wow I didn't realize the opera house was different building separate and built close together . I have only seen pictures from further away. Definitely a place I want to go to one day . Dream vacation is Australia .
This video brought back some wonderful memories of when I stayed at my friend's flat near Mikson's Point on my first visit to Australia in 2007. Used those ferries every day. Nice to see you both enjoying it too.
Lovely sight seeing walk around the harbour and the Opera House and the weather was kind to you as well. I didn’t know it was three separate buildings because it looks like one. Great information about the building inside. Iconic views of that and the Harbour Bridge. The ferry boats reminded of New York. Nice t-shirt Charlotte.
I visted London for the first time this weekend and was amazed by everything and the sights were amazing espcially down where the river temps and bridge is. I didnt want to leave. If i loved that, id love to visit othet tourist attractions around the world and Syndey looks amazing
My family was there back in 2019. We left out of that very cruise terminal on our way to Fiji. Sydney is great! The whole area around the Opera House has such a great vibe. Glad you two were able to experience it as well.
So jealous guys, would love to see and explore Sydney Opera House. It's been my bucketlist for years now and I can't believe how big it looks. The whole city looks awesome.
I remember getting very drunk sat in the sunshine, drinking champagne and eating fresh strawberries at The Opera Bar next to the Opera House. We were total ‘champagne backpackers’ that day! 😅
Loved watching your Australia videos. Its an amazing place cannot believe you never did the harbour bridge climb though. The Whitsundays and barrier reef islands are amazing also ayers rock, kings canyon and alice spring pretty impressive.
Make sure next time you're both here, go inside to see a show at the Opera House, preferably a magic show, like I did. I was overcome by emotion for the whole experience, from picking up my ticket at the box office, to going upstairs to the bar area and having a drink, going outside to the exclusive deck area for more awesome views, before heading inside to take my seat for the show. Then, at interval, you can go the huge bar out the back, where there are more awesome views of the harbor and the boats before going back in for the second half of the show. Also, please try to come back again, maybe next time you can travel through Dubai, etc. on the way here and do vlogs from there. Then you must take us for a walk through the Botanic Gardens right next to the Opera House, and also the museums and art galleries that are also close-by. They can be pretty good too. And Taronga Zoo I think you'll both also enjoy for all the animals.
From what I know the Sydney opera house was designed like an old sailing ship. I know it had a huge facelift a year or two ago to update the tech inside to the latest stuff and the outside was updated to add energy efficient LED lights and computer control. They give a lot of concerts inside especially philharmonic bands and maybe the occasional major singer.
Interesting vlog around what must be the best known landmark in the world. Have always wanted to visit this area and the vibes do look exciting and interesting. Plenty of cafe bars and restaurants. Great time of year to be out there too just after mid summer. Nice one Shawn and Charlotte.
Joan Sutherland was Australia’s read Opera singer. Did you and Charlotte see thr SouthernnCross in the sky at night, ther are different star fields in the Southern Hemisphere. Cheers, Rik
Sydney harbour is lovely to boat on, I prefer sail boats but the showboat is fun at night. I dont recommend leaving the harbour as its really rough through the heads. I was on a tall ship and 90% of the ppl were throwing up....
a little known fact the opera house build was on hold over funding ,but David Attenborough pushed it through .the British also built the harbour /coat hanger bridge
Victor Chang the ferry you were on was a Chinese-born Australian cardiac surgeon and a pioneer of modern heart transplantation in Australia. His sudden murder in 1991 stunned Australia, and is considered one of the most notorious in the country’s history.
what a good idea i love to see you shawn and charlotte do a big cruise that would be a amazing thing for the sanbrook adventures if you did carnival mardi gras or celebration they have bolt a rollercoaster at sea if you do disney dream or fantasy and wish those ships dream and fantasy has the aquaduck waterride if you went on the wish that has aquamouse a watercoaster at sea
I`m surprised you didn`t climb the bridge or is that very expensive? I also thought the Opera House had one big roof. I`ve never seen it from that angle before. The whole harbour looks amazing.
Baskin Robbins kinda died in the states. I think there was a wine store right next door too and I think the wall was taken out and now its a furniture/home decor store
So nice you had a lovely day for it, did you get chance to go to the botanical gardens? its near the opera house :) I can recommend the bridge climb for next time!
I can remember standing at that ferry point on the 13 feb 2009.the lady who we bought are ferry tickets of advised us not to go swimming in manly because a diver had been mauled 2 days before and there had been sightings of a shark in manly, then my friend asked how to get to bondi and to are amazement the lady then said don’t go swimming in bondi a surfer was mauled yesterday 😮so we decided that paddling would be the order of the day 😅
Disney cruises, you’ll likely end up on the Wish, the newest in the line. Honestly it’s an ok ship just it could use a bit more time on the design. If you get the 5 day cruise on the Wish you would visit Jamaica and Mexico with a stop on castaway cay. Three day it’s port, castaway, and back. The slide is the aqua mouse where it’s a raft ride but you get a small Mickey short and it’s really meh because the layout isn’t that long. But remember the tipping as the ship crew live off that, at the end of the cruise you tip and the spa is a completely separate charge. The restaurants are fun, it’s that frozen one which you get a stage show, the avengers one which you play hero with the tech, and the more fancy Roy Disney restaurant with steaks and stuff. The center restaurants are good but the restaurants lining the pool deck are worth the trip.
Ummmmm @13:19 that lady with the hat UMMMMM standing all by herself looking down???? was she sleeping standing up???? no movement at all when you walked past her.
Thank you for watching! Check out our vlog from the Sydney Harbour Bridge and Darling Harbour here ➡th-cam.com/video/6u8bm0WuEwQ/w-d-xo.html

My family are going there today for the first time will send this over to them Thankyou
If you like walking do the Spit Bridge (Clontarf) to Manly. It will take 2-3 hours but well worth it. Lots of small secluded beaches on the way...
Love all your Australia vlogs 💖 fab how there's a boat with our name on Charlotte 😊 xx

Sydney Harbour looks stunning.
It looks like such a beautiful place.
And the boat tours seem to be very popular as well which is great.
Definitely!
Lovely vlog and sightseeing and footage and a quick merch stop
Those green and yellow ferries at Circular Quay are named for the ships in the original First Fleet that arrived in Sydney Harbour on 26 January 1788.
6:07 The Sydney Opera House actually has the biggest rotunda in the world, just after Cincinnati Union Terminal in Cincinnati, OH.

Somewhere I won’t get lovely to see it all through your young eyes x
How about really honing in on menus as I can't read it. Very cheeky of me lol

Most of the Canberra metro area is actual a national park so that could be interesting to see that

Nice views 👌
Awesome video
Thank you!
Great vlog 😊
Never knew that about the Opera House
The reason they are wearing the waterproof jackets is because they do 360s and get absolutely soaked...
Yay!
Victor Chang the ferry you were on was a Chinese-born Australian cardiac surgeon and a pioneer of modern heart transplantation in Australia. His sudden murder in 1991 stunned Australia, and is considered one of the most notorious in the country’s history.

You should have checked out the zoo and the aquarium. Also Darling Harbour is even more beautiful.
We visit Darling Harbour in our latest vlog!

Yes I heard there is a cruise with a coaster on so you need to cover this and the honeymoon cruise idea
I`m surprised you didn`t climb the bridge or is that very expensive? I also thought the Opera House had one big roof. I`ve never seen it from that angle before. The whole harbour looks amazing.
It’s very expensive!
