15-min Lean Full Body Dumbbell Workout | NO REPEAT

- If you're short on time but don't want to compromise your workout, this is a short and effective 15-minute full-body workout to build strength and definition! We are training with intention as we work through compound moves to target the upper body, lower body, and core!
This workout is a no-repeat style with 60 seconds of work per exercise and 15 seconds of rest between sets! This strength session will help you build lean muscle while increasing your heart rate for an awesome workout!
15-MINUTE FULL BODY NO-REPEAT WORKOUT STRUCTURE AND EXERCISE EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
DUMBBELLS- I used a range from 10bs to 40lbs / 4.5kg to 18kg When selecting a weight for this workout, you want to lift moderately heavy.

Real-life workout here! I have an hour to get my workout in. With kids, job, and everything, an hour is what I have. These 15-20 min workouts are perfect to pair with your 30 min spin classes. I get a good cardio burn and the strength, too! I feel great, and on the tackle the day! Fantastic workout! Thank you!

Ok so this is just about me. I am 20 and weigh 90kgs. Never have I not felt insecure about myself. I was Lean once and something just led to this massive weight gain. And I wanna Change that this time. I have tried working out but then I stopped midway because I was lazy and it didn’t seem effective immediately. But all those dresses that I couldn’t wear and all those times I felt so unattractive in front of my crushes and worst of all hating my body when is desperately needs my love. So this time it’s about me and how much I would do to make the self love be at its max. I will workout 5 times a week and be on calorie deficit and most of all I would love myself in the process and keep the work going and having faith in the process. I will do this workout 2 times a week and others the other days. I will try to give my stats in a month.
