Nadya is a CEO demonstrating Agape Love in Action. The Power of High Performance Culture is in its heart of highest form of Love demonstrated in empathy. Love Nadya's sharing of what he learned in loving his child and how he failed the last question in his interview at Microsoft! He has done a great job of refocusing on Microsoft's original Unique Value Proposition and powerfully positioning and articulating that in an ethically persuasive mode!

Hit refresh is sell on today. But me think this book selles on everyday. I also interested to read this book.Nadella encouraged to write this book for his interview last question that what would you do if one children stay on the road.Do you hug him or pich with him. That's really amazing question. He showed empath for that children and I think he is kind hearted and honest man.

population inventiveness and public education inventiveness is a bastion against parading representatives who are sadly and temporarily disconnected from poverty stricken population sections,
as such well intentions yearning representatives have never close up observed the so meager and so demeaning living on the breadline of unnecessarily wide segments of the populations across states and stations.
representatives who are under-educated and overpaid have clearly lost their values and their validity in a democratic set up setting - such so into hopelessness huddled population representatives are swept and kept away by very deliberate indifferent, hiding in the dark of their undeclared dark,
from their constituency population promise, potential, plans, profitability and from the sane population purpose and from the population propensities and from their population prospects
democratic representatives of populations NOT underhanded schemers enslavers of nations
such so repressed population representatives, repressed population representatives by irresponsible concepts notions emotions commotions demotions promotions of hidden hid
which are hitting and hurting human and humanity's harmony and human and humanity's happiness and human and humanity's harmlessness and the human and the humanity's honesty.
such so honest population representatives who are desperately trying to defend their populations rights, are huddled and hyped by outdated and unnecessary military intense interventions and by insane invasions and by introverted insistance and by consistant ____________.
Population inventiveness is always stronger and lasting, unlike the misguided self-limited of misguided into superiority sickness.
if populations do not look after themselves - who will - those who will will will the populations vitality against all misguided enemies of democratic order and of democratic population power ordered of ordinary population common sense and sanity - democracy does need a direct democratic networking of population representation in now 2017A.D. - population inventiveness - as of on 01.Oct.2017sun.13.30 -

Microsoft nor any other multi-million/billion dollar company is anything close to a culture that fosters creativity or the concept of "ideas".

    • @DrewLakebrink
      @DrewLakebrink 6 ปีที่แล้ว +8

Ya...forget the fact that Microsoft took a proof of concept that enabled paralyzed people to fully use a computer, another that was able to negate a woman's shaking hand due to Parkinson's so that she could write her name for the first time in years, and there are other examples you can check out on Microsoft's TH-cam channel. What has Apple done? What has Google done? Apple is churning out their "me too" devices, and Google bought a robotics company that now works with DARPA to create things for the battle field. I'd rather get behind a company that focuses on helping people while they're trying to be a successful business.

Startups drive innovation, evolution, and creation. When Microsoft was a start up they changed the world, Google too, even Facebook.
But once a company grows into a corporate giant, pushing innovation alone is like trying to pour jello down a hair clogged drain, and as far as creationism goes = it's non-existent.
Creative people don't thrive in corporate companies, they die a slow death, they are the minority and any form of creativeness or innovation will get shunned by management and seen as a threat by their co-workers.
Creative people only have one outlet unfortunately. To start their own thing...
Such is true in the educational institutions as well. You can fight your way through the clogged funnel or you can just realize that you're creative so you'll have to build your own bridge to success because crossing other peoples bridge will hold you back from your true potential.
Everybody enjoying their TH-cam ads and their desperate attempt at generating more ad money by pushing TH-cam Creators to disable their comments and also removing search result priority on videos that aren't "politically correct" and also enjoying that ridiculous trending section? *oh yah, me too!*
