OMG. I never knew this side of Satya Nodella. I get disheartened for small issus. How was he able to focus on the job and became CEO of MSFT filling the shoes of BillGates himself.... Wholly cow.. My respects to both Mr. and Mrs. Satya...

As-Salam Alaikum, peace and blessings of God be upon you and upon all of us.
      There are two things:
      1 - God
      2 - His Creatures
God is the creator of all creatures. Creatures are not part of God, but God treats them as His family.
Here are the categories of God's creatures:
1 - Almalaikah (Angels) - Immaterial creatures who never disobey God and glorify Him all the time. Their hearts are 100% pure. They are the most powerful creatures of God. Suppose power is measured in units of 100,000; then angels have 99,000 units of power. Despite their tremendous power, they do not disobey God and are 100% trustworthy. They love God as they love themselves. So pure.
2 - Al-Jinnat (Devils) - Immaterial creatures who can obey or disobey God. However, their hearts are 10% pure and 90% evil. They are the second most powerful creatures of God. Because of their tendency toward evil, they are rebellious to God. They have 999 units of power. Compared to angels, they are very weak creatures but compared to man, they are very powerful.
3 - Al-Bashar (All material creatures) - Material creatures like the Earth, clouds, sun, stars, moon, wind, ocean, plants, and animals. All of them have hearts and they worship God in the forms we do not understand.
4 - Al-Insan (Mankind) - Human hearts are 100% pure when they are born, but as they grow up, their hearts become filthy with the influence of devils. To keep their hearts clean, they must purify them daily. If they do not, their hearts become filthy and rusty, allowing devils to take control. If they do clean them daily, their hearts remain shining. When they die, some people’s hearts are 100% filthy and 0% clean, some are 50% filthy and 50% clean, some are 10% filthy and 90% clean and some are 0% filthy and 100% clean. In terms of power, mankind has only 1 unit of power.
      Power
      ------
      Angels - 99000 units powerful
      Devils = 999 units powerful
      Man = 1 unit powerful.
      5 - Al-Hiwan (Animals)
      6 - Al-Nibataat (Plants)
7 - Al-Jamadaat (Non-living things like Rock, Sun, Cloud, River, Computer, Keyboard)
Man is definitely a powerful creature compared to all material creatures, but compared to devils, man has no power. Man thinks he is the most powerful because he can travel to space, has a lot of technology, and believes he is invincible with no equal. But the reality is that he is the weakest creature compared to devils and angels.
Mankind, with all their technology, cannot fight a single devil, let alone the entire race of devils.
On the other hand, devils are immensely powerful creatures, but they are nothing compared to angels.
It is because of God's angels that devils cannot wipe out mankind.
Devils stop mankind from worshiping God. Since they are immaterial creatures of God and very powerful (999 units) compared to man (1 unit), man often takes them as gods or goddesses. Devils command mankind to worship them instead of God so that mankind become losers on Day of Judgment and enter in Hell instead of Paradise.
However, angels do not disobey God at all. Angels do not stop people from worshiping God, nor do they claim to be gods or goddesses.
Dear brothers and sisters, there is nothing like God and none equals to Him. Because, all are accountable to God and God is accountable to none. All can get punishment from God but no one can punish God. The life of everyone is in the hands of God, but the life of God is in no one's hands.
So, do not worship devils because they are just creatures of God.
God has said that whoever worships any devil (gods or goddesses) will live in Hell on the Day of Judgment.
On the other hand, we should be thankful to angels and mimic them. Despite having great powers, they do not disobey God even the slightest. So angels are ideal creatures. It is because of angels that devils cannot harm or wipe out mankind.
Dear God, whatever truth I have conveyed to them, it is because of You. And whatever I have failed to convey correctly, it is due to my own ignorance. Please forgive me and increase my knowledge, and help me with Your angels. I seek refuge in You from all accursed devils. Thank You. May God bless all my brothers and sisters. Ameen.
There is none good but God.
All praises belong to God alone.

My Brave and strong parents also brought up and took care of my elder brother (died 96)and another sister (died 2001) who had the same palsy disability...my mother died of cancer in 2010...whenever I look back at her life I feel that they did so much for me to get me a normal upbringing ....now I have only my father who supported my mother in every possible way...they stood by their disability children in every possible way they could...once a paediatrician told me parents " if you believe in god or for that matter in selfless service...you will need to take care of them till they are with you" and they did it for the rest of their lives.

Not at all easy handling questions in and around the most delicate part of your life and soul, am just surprised at how easily he takes those questions, any other person would just throw up weeping and crying the hell out.
Nothing but respect to Satya! This requires a might of 7 elephants standing at once on yourself, and you still go about doing your daily tasks like nothing, but inside it must have been so heavy and hard for him, am sure he has those moments of sheer helplessness and turmoil, but here's a real life pheonix amongst us. There's so much humans have no control on, and we just have to sit and wonder about god's grace and deeds.

    In all honesty, Mr. Nadella,
Your ability to reflect on your situation in order to reorient your perspective on life and then to steadily adapt to your new responsibilities while remaining optimistic as a loving parent is really a perspective worth its weight in gold. Even to this day, i cannot or rather I struggle with keeping any set backs and or prolonged hardship, separate from the objective reality, in other words, i could never separate myself from my situation and could never hope to make the best of both world. Starting high school is as far as i could remember when i kept finding myself in this struggle and i couldn't focus on anything, except to be locked into a pervasive pattern of disorganization and excessive day dreaming... events like watching my parents wined up all of their business, property and relationships in karachi, just to be able to move to this partially furnished apartment in Mississauga.. I used to look at my dad and ask him, why did he do this? why he is working these odd jobs that pay minimum wage? obviously things were heading south in karachi right when we left and i knew my parents had made a very wise decision by moving us to Canada... and my dad always gave the same reason, much better prospects for education for us kids.. it did not make any sense, i was 11, i couldn't plan my way to a university, let alone engineering.. but perhaps, it was that initial game plan which i ended up following through.. my parents were proud but i just hated being in that state of grip through out my youth... i wish i could figure out a way to perceive things differently, i was unnecessarily harsh on my own self..
almost as if i was caught up in this search for some transcendent or even mystical truth, rather than to solely strive for satisfaction of pragmatic goals..
things are different not but i just don't feel myself unless i plunge myself back into it.. it is strange.. it is gratifying, nonetheless..

He is a man of character. If he was an American born CEO, he would have divorced his wife, given her a chunk of his fortune and walked away with another pretty woman. But no, he is faithful to his family because of the familial values he has imbibed from his parents I guess.

Its an incredible journey you had and its very inspirational.
Just that, I want to see a lot more about your wife who gave up her career of architecture.
I have folks who vehemently argue on women being good in life"sciences" naturally and architecture being a non-science is a more suitable job for women or more part time kind of thing. It truly hits me,because these kind of sacrifices by women should be more respected and if possible reduced to make way for women doing great in all fields.
Lets not forget social scientists ,thinkers, artists and philosophers.
In the pursuit of tech - world forgot to value humanities.

Kiran K S Such people are ignorant. I heard similar things in my school ( catholic all boy's school) in India. Sadly such stereotypes were circulated even by women teachers and parents in our community. Ratan Tata is an architect. Most world leaders aren't engineers either.

Always remember guys that their is always a price for success. Mr.Satya Nadella is not the only example of this. I know a lot of people who are writers , researches , Doctors, General managers of companies, in short very successful people who have disabled children..... their are people who are successful but they lost their parents at very early age..... people whose parents are seperated......very successful people who cannot have children for some reason
People who are successful but they have serious health issues
Please Don't misinterpret my thoughts here that if you become successful your life is going to hell. But their is a very good chance that if you have touched the epitome of success .....life is going to slam you very hard on the ground.
Always be grateful for the normal life, Normal Body , Normal mind , you have because their are people in this world who don't evern have the things that you don't even remotely think in your day.
If you are normal human being then you are already blessed. 🙏🙏
